The quality and variety of shirts is great! Customer service was very responsive and helpful when I accidentally ordered the wrong shirt size recently. I highly recommend m00nshot!!

This is one of the few websites that I get T-shirts from. Customer Service has been amazing and the quality of the material is exactly what I would want. They are the best, and they have a forever customer!best

I ordered my shirts 2-weeks ago, then received email 2 days ago thanking me for my order and if I was happy with the order and if I would leave a review?

The problem is I have never received my shirts.
I have sent 2 requests through their website for help since receiving the email 2 days ago about my order and have received no reply yet unfortunately.

I'm going to give them one more day to contact me then will dispute the charge on my credit card.

So sad because M00nshot looked like a really cool company and I wanted to order more shirts..

I accidentally ordered the wrong shirt sizes, so when they arrived, I emailed Moonshot to see if they could replace them with the correct sizes. Anthony got back to me very quickly and said, “don’t worry about it”, and he sent me the shirts I meant to order, and told me to keep the incorrect shirts. This was absolutely great customer service.

I realized I ordered the wrong shirt, so I emailed moonshot to see if they could cancel the order and replace with the correct shirt. They got back to me immediately and said, “don’t worry about it”, and they sent me the shirt i meant to order, and told me to keep the other shirt. What a great customer experience, it blew me away. Thank you moonshot!

The company is great, the shirts are comfortable and fit to the body which, I like. The selection they have is wide open and I hope they come out with more. This is where I will always shop!

I ordered a Large but it was too small so they’re sending an XL and letting me keep the Large…all free of any additional cost. Great customer service, and I received a response to my inquiry the same day!

Update: sellers website is down , but was ableto contact then and they are sending the correct sized shirt. It was for a birtdhay gift, so that was a bummer.

Sent the wrong size shirt and now they're no where to be found. Website is no longer up and they're not responding to emails to return. And tshirt was $40 with shipping that I can't wear Crazy

I found this site by accident..browsing, looking for a cool tee shirt for a die-hard baseball fanatic for a birthday present...AND FOUND EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED. I got 2 shirts of now defunct New England teams. However when they arrived one was the wrong size. Anthony S at M00nshot was the best!! Quickly resolved...great place for birthday and holiday gifts...got it bookmarked!!!

Great merch, great shipping (way faster than their 10-14 day estimate) and super great customer service. My first experience with Moonshot has been top-notch and I will be visiting again!

I accidentally put the wrong delivery address for my order. I reached out to customer service and got really quick responses. Anthony S was awesome in helping resolve my issue! I haven't yet received my purchase, but based on the customer service alone, I am a fan!!

I accidentally ordered the wrong shirt and I reached out immediately and asked if I can switch shirts before it shipped. Within 24 hours I had a response that they would give me what I meant to order with no charge. This is by far the best customer service I have ever received. I will be ordering from them again very soon.

I ordered some shirts for my husband for Fathers Day. He went to WMU and its not always easy to find Kalamazoo shirts. He apparently got excited over the availability and forgot to change the size from S to XL. After I placed the order I recognized the error. I contacted CS. Unfortunately the shirts had already shipped. m00nshot immediately resolved the issue and he will soon be sporting his new gear. Thanks for being an awesome company. We will be ordering new shirts soon and have recommended you to several friends. Stay great

$12 to ship 3 shirts on 10-14 day delivery is highway f***ing robbery. I got 15% off but ended up paying over $20 in shipping and tax. And don't give me the "times are hard" crap because they're hard for us too, if you hadn't noticed.

Ordered shirt on May 3rd for my granddaughters birthday on May17. Credit card was charged on May 3rd. I contacted company on May 12, and was told that computer changed East to E on address. Checked website and said order was placed May 10. Still don’t understand what the change from East to E on street address had to do with delay. Company refunded shipping cost. Didn’t want refund , wanted birthday gift. Now it will not arrive until May20 and I have no gift to give her on her birthday. So if you need in a timely manner, do not order from this company

I didn’t expect you to fly it “ in your private jet with a pizza and birthday cake “ . Maybe just send it Priority Mail, instead of refunding shipping. One week is not a few days. Simple fix.

I am over the mOOn with m00nshot! I love Disneyland nostalgia and saw an offer for t-shirts featuring the Tahitian Terrance and the Disneyland Hotel with vintage Monorail design. I knew I had to have them. I bought three shirts but had an issue during the check out process with the internet service and a glitch caused not only a double payment but one of my sizes I did not notice went back to a smaller size. I reached out to m00nshot after 4:30 pm on a Friday and got a response that day! Anthony refunded the second payment and sent a return label for extra shirts. I didn't notice the size problem until after I got all my shirts so I reached out to Anthony again and guess what? I get a response at 10:28 pm saying no problem, add it to the other shirts and he had already placed an order for the correct size! This is great customer service! You don't find service like this anymore. Plus the shirts are comfy and well made. The design was well done and looked just like the picture. I am over the m00n with m00nshot! I will definitely buy from them again when I see Disneyland shirts. Thank you Anthony!

I would give them 6 stars if I could. Amazing customer service. I got a shirt from them and it wasn’t what I was hoping for. I wrote them an email and they fixed it right away no questions asked. Amazing service from these guys and the new shirt kicks butt. I would and will buy from them again in the future.

Shirt is good quality. Shipping is expensive for something so small, and their prices are very high. Also, can’t believe they actually asked for a tip when I’m just ordering a shirt online?
