Hello dear Colette, thank you for your review. Due to an update, we are currently without access to WhatsApp. And for this reason, I'm sorry for not answering you as you deserved. To make up for it, we have been very careful to respond to all emails in a timely manner and to return all calls so that customers have more than one way of contact. We even sent you an email about your order, which was delivered in Austria in 6 working days (before the expected delivery time). Please tell us, what do you need help with?
