The bag I purchased was fine but the website is very misleading because before I ordered, it placed 2 bags in the checkout and then it was confirmed on completion and I would be receiving another bag free. When the item turned up I only received one bag, I contacted customer service and was told it was a glitch on the website and they would do nothing about it. Very poor experience and this makes me not trust their website or how the organisation deals with problems, this poor customer service means I will never order anything from them again and I was considering buying some new clubs, not now!

Great quality and swift delivery

First if all, I love the looks of both the bag and the wedges.
The functionality of the bag was also very good.
But the reason why I only give 3 stars is that the 56° degree Parallax has already started to loose it's black colour on the sole. I've only played one round and only used I one bunker, no stones or something like that either. Played on a top course with really good fairways as well.
Is this at common problem?

Bought a putter in Jan 2024 to use on the winter greens I probably used it a dozen times. Used it a few weeks ago went to putt and the head fell off. I complained to customer services and sent photos they promised a resolution but nothing forthcoming
