I am sincerely sorry for the delay and the frustration this has caused you. I completely understand why you’re upset—waiting since April 13th for a refund is not the experience we want for any of our customers.

Please rest assured, we are a small, family-run brand and we are absolutely not "con artists." Sometimes delays can happen in the returns processing chain, but that is our responsibility to fix, not yours

I’ve looked into your shipping details to see where the delay happened. While our records show the first pair arrived in 5 days, I can see the second pair took 12 days to reach you. I apologize for that inconsistency and for any frustration caused.

I am sincerely sorry you have felt the need to leave a 1 star review and for the frustration this has caused. We are a small British business, and it is never our intention to leave a customer feeling this way.

I can confirm that a full refund was processed on our end on April 28th. Please note that once we trigger a refund, it can take 3-5 working days for banks to clear the funds into your account.

We have processed over 8000 orders and whilst non delivery is rarely a problem, we take all delivery issue seriously and are investigating why your original order didn't reach you.

While the vast majority of our customers love our leakproof golf bottles, it’s clear we let you down on the delivery and service side this time. We have recently upgraded to fully tracked 7-day shipping from our technical facility to ensure that delays like this are a thing of the past.
