Lifesaver
I was suffering from an extremely traumatic time in my life. I couldn’t see a positive future but I approached Lynn and she taught me amazing coping mechanisms with CBT. Lynn turned me around and two years on I can see a way forward. I will be forever grateful! ❤️❤️xxx

Lyn helped me get out of an anxiety…
Lyn helped me get out of an anxiety cycle. The techniques used to help me understand and apply are excellent and she really has been a life saver this last 6 months! I will be forever grateful to have had her help and will always be part of the community. I couldn’t recommend Lyn highly enough!
