Superb service from initial contact to replacing the oil tank. Polite, punctual and professional.

Oil tank cleaning - we had our tank cleaned out due to sludge causing problems with our boiler. LV Fuel were quick to respond to emails and provided all information requested. Job was booked in to suit us and completed quickly and efficiently, with details and photos provided after.

Great service. From initial enquiry to booking and collection, communication and service was easy and 5 star. Guys arrived on time to collect the old oil tank and quickly emptied and removed it. Very reasonable price to remove the tank and dispose of old oil. Payment after collection was easy and certificate of disposal was received the next day.

They carried out a full survey on our behalf and submitted a comprehensive quotation for the work.
We gave them the order to carry out the work which was completed on time and to our complete satisfaction, the men that attended site were very professional and helpful, would have no hesitation on using them again for other work we get.

Well planned and Efficient removal of old oil tank. Our oil tank was in a tight space and had to be cut up for removal. The draining and cleaning was done effectively with every thing already available from the wagon to remove the waste liquids. The tank was safely cut in two and transferred to the wagon through the side gate. The overall process took about 1.5hrs to complete and the site was left clean and tidy. The technician was courteous, efficient and resulted in a job well done. I would highly recommend LV Fuel Services to anyone else for such a job.

I endorse all the 5 star reviews. Every step of the way was handled quickly and efficiently. Staff we dealt with were extremely friendly and communication was very good. Fitting crew came, removed the old tank and put in place the new one in very little time.

I can’t fault the help and service I received with my oil tank clean - would highly recommend.

I noticed a small leak from my tank one evening and sent out a request for a quote that night. LV responded to me at 8:30 the following morning and by 12:00 midday I had a comprehensive quote. Went ahead and had my tank replaced and the oil transferred to the new tank the following week. Would definitely recommend. Hoping though that I don’t need to use them again!!!

Scott was very quick to respond to my enquiry (water in the oil tank) offered different options, supplied photos and was very good at explaining. They arranged next day tank replacement! Peter was on site on time, worked efficiently, matched up my existing watchman and wanted to make sure everything was working before he left. Unfortuantely, my boiler needs a spare part...but they did all they could. Wouldn't hesitate to use again and highly recommend.
