Complete rubbish. Lucky to have only bought one very poor quality jumper. It took ages to come and not anything like the description.
On looking to return,its got to go to the US at my expense. I did contact them and was offered a 10% refund.....
I gave it to a charity shop.

SHOCKING SCAMMERS!!!

Sent my order late. When it arrived it was nothing like the image shown and now won't reply to my emails asking to return the item.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I'll go through my bank to get a refund!

The is a scam company , address for a start is not where items come from . Like someone on here , ordered two cashmere sweaters . And a full lengh cardigan and a shorter cardiagan .. well let’s say I got two unlabelled polyester cardigans , a short polyester cardigan and one that quite honestly I believe to be made from some sort of paper . Disgusting company spend £150 on absolute rubbish . Clearpay won’t help either . I have got to pay costs to send this rubbish back . It’s disgusting . They come from China by the way

I googled 'cashmere sweater' and the website had a photograph of a perfectly lovely cashmere sweater, so I was tricked from step one. The item that eventually arrived was only labelled with 'polyester' - no sales label at all, by the way. Their defence was that this was vegan friendly?! They have offered partial refunds, which I don't want as the sweater is rubbish. Now they've sent an address in China to return it to, at my own cost. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

This appears to be a scam site. I purchased a dress for £50, upon receipt the quality was exceptionally poor and nothing like the images on their site. They suggest they have a 30 day return policy, however when I contacted them they only offer a 10% refund or credit for future purchases. They are very difficult to contact with emails frequently bouncing back. Schoolboy error on my part, I should have checked Trustpilot before purchasing.

This company advertises as if it is Zara / then reels you in to buy a disingenuous product. The jumper I bought could not be worn and was put in the bin where it belonged. Absolutely terrible a grotesque product. When I wrote to request refund isss offered 10% .
Never buy anything from this disgraceful company

I ordered a coat that my Niece chose as a Christmas present. When she opened it she was very disappointed as was I, due to the felt cheap shapeless excuse for a coat! I paid £44 for it and it looked lovely on the model and in the pictures. It did not resemble the item in the slightest , in fact I could have made it myself and it would have looked 100% better than what arrived and it went straight in the bin! As I had ordered it at the beginning of November I wasn’t able to return and get a refund. An absolute scam and joke of an online site that I wish I had never ordered from. Save your money and go elsewhere to a legit site. 🤬

Jumpers are nothing like the photo, poor quality, tight around the neck, cheap imitation. Please buy from a reputable company, and stay away from these fakes.

I bought a tracksuit from this company it took ages to come and when it did come the material was like polyester and it was made terrible never would I order anything from this company again.

I have ordered a leather jacket and i cant even track the order. I have not received any communication as to when it will be delivered. Its been a week now.

Total scam!!! Avoid. Sold as a cashmere jumper and is nylon.
Also the 4.5 start trust pilot score on the item is fake, you cant clip it, its just an image file they have stolen from another site.
Lets see if i can get my money back

This company are operating illegally and are being reported to be shut down
They do not abide in consumer law and refuse to give refunds - only a meter of time before they get closed down.

I am yet another fool who was caught by these scammers! I thought I bought a luxury cashmere jumper, waited for 3 weeks and received a Chinese rubish made of polyester and spandex!!!!
Absolutely horrible and disgusting!
The website is fake, the customer reviews on it are fake!

Make that a minus 1. Wish I had read reviews before I ordered from them!! Ordered what I thought was a cashmere jumper, how wrong was I, polyester & Nylon!! If it seems too good to be true it usually is!!🤬 lesson learned!!

No stars. I too have just been conned. I bought two jumpers and a polo shirt. All dreadful from some rubbish place in China. Not cashmere, I asked for my money back, no chance. Scammers . I'll stick to reputable shops on the High Street in future.
