This fraud business using multiple names including Lite Me Up and worse Amazon can handle their billing but doesn't step in for their crappy merchandise.

Do not touch this company, I got a luxurious pyjama set for my wife for Christmas, it arrived late, opened it to our despair was small, ripped seams, holes in the material, material see through, extremely poor quality material, I immediately took pictures and sent an email to them for my money back in return of goods, they replied with knocking 10% off, joke, eventually got it to 30%, still joke, then eventually they said full refund if returned to address in China, I did that at my expense £20, it stayed in customs 4 months before customs sent it back saying not enough paperwork, it's been sent back to me but not returned yet as still in transit, 6 months later, out of pocket by a despicable company, emails are all lies DO NOT TOUCH THIS S... COMPANY

I completely agree with all the reviews,this company are a disgrace.
Ordered a bag in Feb,never arrived. Tracking showed was at Ilkeston depot!! And still is.
I contacted my bank who were brilliant,they refunded my money and put in a dispute claim to the company. They refunded on 17th April.
Do not touch this company.
They respond but everything they put is a lie.

Shame that one star is the lowest. Avoid !! You have been warned !! The 30 day money back guarantee doesn't exist. You are offered 50% off the next scam. To qualify for the 50% scam you have to send back the first scam to china insured and tracked (which cost us £27). We did the return so we could prove to bank so we could claim back from card (section 75). So if you bought something around £30 you have lost your money. Don't use company. Stick to companies you know. Rob

Terrible customer service
I returned my goods as they all came up different sizes, I ordered medium and each item was a different size even though it was the same product.
I am still waiting for my refund even though I provided proof of my return 2 months ago.

Wish I had read the reviews here. I ordered some slippers for my daughter and they were good quality, so I ordered some more for myself. They never arrived, as the tracking information clearly shows. The company has been prevaricating since 25 of March promising to resend or refund but nothing happens. Absolute waste of money. Avoid avoid avoid!

The biggest mistake I’ve made.
I ordered 2 pairs of Hermes copy sliders costing me £80. Bad quality!
I should have binned them but silly me returned them back hoping to get a refund. Well, they’ve sat in customs in China for three whole months. My Royal Mail app is now telling me that they’re in transit hopefully not on the way back to the UK.
What a nightmare this company is. I doubt I'll be getting a refund.

I wish that I had looked at Trustpilot before ordering as exactly the same happened to me as David Aitken in his earlier post. Don’t go near this company!
I also ordered two extra large large pullovers which when they arrived after 2 weeks were “small” in size and cannot be used. When asked about a full refund on return which is what they promise on their website, I was also only offered a store credit which I refused. The pullovers also have to be returned to China. I subsequently noticed that their domain address is on the market for sale! Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Ordered two large pullovers which when arrived after nearly 4 weeks were “small” in size and cannot be used. When asked about a full refund on returning the faulty goods, the response was “a full refund in the form of a store credit coupon” which would mean buying from them again. No chance

I have sent 4 emails to this so called company,as it states if you want yo return items contact them for the address.Needless to say,I havent received a reply.I checked their phone number and its invalid.The clothes are absolute rubbish and overpriced tat.The sizing is completely wrong.I doubt if I get any refund from them.I should have done my research before I ordered.I will ask my bank to see if they will help.

Just to have it on record that I was one more victim. I bought a leather jacket that took 15 days to arrive and looks nothing like the photo on the website. It's clearly not leather, the craftsmanship is terrible, the material is low quality, and the proportions are all off. I don’t intend to wear this product even if I can’t return it, as it's clearly a scam. I'm a bit surprised that these companies, despite so many reported cases, are still able to use credit card processors to sell their fraudulent products. At the very least, I'm disputing the charge to give them a bit of a headache, since I probably won't be getting my money back.

This so called company is a SCAM. my granddaughter ordered a prom dress from this company, on arrival it looked like an old dish rag, a five year old could have made a better job. We emailed the company and they said to return the rag, and they would issue a full refund and as a good will gesture they gave us a 10% discount on our next order ( there will be no next order). Today 4 weeks after it was returned to the company for full refund at a cost of £21 postage the rag was once again returned to us saying address not found return to sender. This scam company are despicable. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I ordered mules that looked amazing, just what I was looking for but when they arrived they were a piece of felt on a cardboard base with a terrible smell.
I’ve emailed them several times to ask for a refund and to return them but no response.

Would give ZERO if possible. No communication, no delivery until today, 6 weeks after ordering. Definitely not leather. Stinking item, cheap and nasty. Raised dispute with bank but now it’s been delivered and I’m out of pocket for a smelly handbag made of brown plastic. Disgraceful.

They don’t issue refunds, you only get a store credit and you have to pay for the postage fees. Poor return policy.

Had to leave 1 star to continue but I would score these minus 10 stars if I could. Honestly guys do not buy anything from this Chinese company. It will take forever to get to you on the slow boat from China. The stuff is expensive and when it finally arrives it’s horrendously cheap, sub standard, unwearable and full of writing that has no mention on the website. It looks nothing like the picture and you would be embarrassed to wear it. Shocking company to deal with, absolute scam, no chance of a refund and disgusting way of conducting business. I will be doing my upmost to report these to trading standards as they are absolute crooks.

Worst experience ever. Took ages for me to get the return address they don't refund your full money, only give a voucher/coupon their website says otherwise. STAY AWAY

Poor quality, badly made. I didn’t like the colour my husband ordered but really difficult to get return/refund details. In the end we were offered a 100% voucher for something else. No chance! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
