I had a wonderful experience purchasing tiles from Luxury Bathrooms and Tiles. Mohammed provided me with exceptional customer service from start to finish. He really went above and beyond from my first call through to ordering, delivery and after delivery care to ensure everything was ok. The tiles are exceptional and my father’s new bathroom looks absolutely wonderful.

Great experience with Mohammed who made sure I ordered the right number of tiles (as I has misunderstood the package dimensions on the web site). Really helpful and made sure delivery was scheduled for a date to suit me the following week.
The only issue was with the pallet delivery firm who had failed to confirm the actual delivery date - but Luxury Bathrooms And Tiles had passed all the necessary contact details on, so it wasn't their fault. Really happy with my chosen tiles and looking forward to my fitter installing them next week :)

Whilst renovating our bathroom we were sourcing all our items and came across Luxury Bathrooms and Tiles online. They were the most competitively priced (and had in stock) for the Linda Barker Multipanel waterproof shower panel boards we wanted, plus finishing accessories for the boards. The delivery was prompt, communication from Luxury Bathroom was great and problem resolving (damaged items from the supplier) was prompt too. The gentleman I spoke with a few times (via phone and email) was polite, informative and apologetic about the damage. We would recommend this company to anyone and would shop there again if we needed anything else.

Excellent service and the tiles beautiful. The tiles I wanted were sold out and I was panicking but the tiles i found with Lux bathrooms are even nicer. The tiles are matt and have a beautiful marble effect that isnt too gold. Plus the tiles were cheaper, and were excellent value which allowed me to do the whole room rather than half height. So even better! Plus the delivery was within less than a week. i have never had tiles sent to me that quickly so I cannot recommend enough

Mo has been brilliant from my first enquiry about shower wall panels. Organising a delivery date to suit myself. When the delivery arrived there was a couple of trims missing, I rang Mo as soon as I realised, he called me back within 10 minutes and confirmed they would be with me the following morning, full of apologies that they had been missed by the delivery company. Trims arrived, all good. Thank you, fantastic service.

Mohammed has been great in every aspect of my experience. He explained alot about the different types of flooring which made it easier for me to decide which tiles I need/want.
These lvt tiles are beautiful and I could not find these anywhere else and trust me I went everywhere!
He also gave me a very good deal and a very fast next day delivery.

I highly recommend this company for their professionalism from start to finish and the high quality tiles I purchased for my en-suite namely the Novella Blue Marble Matt tiles. I purchased the tiles in September 2024 but due to my builders availability the job was not finished until 12 November 2024, but a 5 star outcome. I first ordered a sample tile which for some unknown reason did not arrive. However, the staff were most accommodating and sent out a whole tile in quick succession as an apology for the delay. The quality of the tile, the design the colours w everything is just perfect! Thank you thank you thank you.
