Excellent customer service
We used this company to help as part of the journey to get our adopted dog from Cape Verde to the UK. The shelter flew with our dog to Frankfurt and Zak picked her up there and brought her to the UK.
From the moment we contacted this company we received excellent customer service. Questions were promptly answered and they even liaised directly with the shelter to ensure everything went smoothly.
Throughout the journey we received regular updates and even some photos and a video which was really reassuring. Zak even made a really special moment of the arrival.

I would definitely give the best score to the pet taxi driver. He was such a thoughtful guy. Not only his driving skill but his caring attitude were stunning.
I landed Paris CDG Airport on 27-Apr, and needed to stay in a hotel before moving into UK on 28-Apr. He came to pick me & my buddy up at the airport and helped me to bring my large suitcases into my room, without just dropping us off in front of the hotel. On the morning of 28th, he came to my room to bring my suitcases back to the taxi. On the way to UK, he checked frequently whether my buddy was doing okay. At the Calais Eurotunnel Pet Reception, everything went smoothly as he knew well the processes and required documentation.
It was such a wonderful experience and my heartfelt gratitude goes to him. I would ask him again if I have another opportunity.

Fantastic service that felt professional but like a friend. Nothing was too much to ask and it was an extremely comfortable ride for both our pet and us. You can see they really care for animals which assures you you're in good hands. Thank you once again.
