Absolutely shocking company despite what you think is good and trustworthy reviews. U cannot cancel the order or get money back! They dont give any delivery time either. Do not buy from these scammers.

Won’t write it off, neither am I completely disappointed, after owning various Fitbits over 7 years! Now there, in my experience, is some very expensive rubbish!
Medical stats on Luxo are absolutely rubbish, but then so was Fitbit! Could turn one into a hypochondriac 😣 What I do like is the face - easy to read- battery time good if automaticity light up taken off! Steps seem to be reasonably accurate as well as obscure things like the weather!
Bought it from what I thought was an Australian web sight but found it came from China, but in a reasonable time. Then of course, got the usual spam emails for awhile!
If it lasts 2 years I’m a reasonably happy camper.

I read a good review and purchased it for a £109 on the strength of that.

The company never replied to a single email that I sent them, i awaited 2 and a half weeks for it to arrive and it's not very good, In fact I put it down as rubbish in all honesty.
The heart monitoring part is dodgy, if you get wet with rain or sweat it gives false readings... And if I thought I could get my money back from this company, which is based in China, but appears to be based in England, I would go for it right away, but I know that I'm never going to see that money again.
Please take down your review because this watch is not has you presented it. It is worthless, inaccurately described and falsely reviewed.

I put the above on the review Website hence the wording... I'm a patient person, But trust me avoid this company, Avoid it's dishonest representation and don't part with your hard earned and cash. And if you do buy it, you're never going to get your money back it's too expensive to repost... And would you want to give your Financial details to such a company

Wat een misleiding!! Via google was dit de beste e watch ..staat bovenaan !!! Dus besteld ..niet te zien dat deze blijkbaar uit China komt ..dan had ik deze niet besteld nml.Na ontvangst ( duurde 2 weken) blijk de e watch niet te koppelen met de app via de telefoon..dus geen app geen berichten en je kunt er verder niets mee .
Inmiddels 5 mails naar klantenservice voor retouradres ..geen adres !!! Klarna ook probleem gemeld !! Geen reactie !!!
Slecht en heeeeel slecht !!! Ik blijf doorgaan en betaal niet voor een kapotte watch ..verdikken wel 109 euro ..wat een misleiding ook via internet !!! Bah

Nooit iets gaan bestellen bij dit bedrijf. We hebben nadat we het product hadden besteld, deze ook meteen weer geannuleerd door een email te sturen. Blijkbaar was het product al verzonden en kon deze niet meer tegen gehouden worden. Per email afgesproken dat we het pakket aan de deur konden weigeren. Er zou dan wel van ons verwacht worden dat we 15% van de verkoopprijs moesten voldoen. Ondertussen zijn we bijna 2 maand verder en 19 emails. Het bedrag in de Klarna app is nog niet gewijzigd en we krijgen geen inhoudelijke reacties op onze emails, alleen of we alsnog de bestelling willen ontvangen of dat ze 15% van de verkoopprijs in mindering gaan brengen op het totale bedrag.

Het is zo frustrerend dat er niet inhoudelijk gereageerd wordt op onze emails. Dat ze afwijken van hun eigen voorwaarden en dat na 2 maand er nog geen oplossing is.

Stupidly I believed the high rating on the Bestreviews site and didn't check here first. I sent cancellation request 20 mins after ordering. Followed up with an email. I got a message saying was in transit. My credit card company says I can dispute the amount if I don't receive watch in 3 days. They also advise if I receive it I can return to Worcester address, not China and do not have to pay international postage and charges. I I'll do this dispute next week and see how I get on. Next time I will check Trust Pilot. Lesson learned.

Jag var, som många andra, livrädd när jag såg betyget här. Helt ärligt - jag hade aldrig köpt klockan om jag hade sett dessa först. Dock var det gjort, jag hörde av mig till supporten och bad dem avbryta min beställning, och de svarade efter en dag. Jag tycker att den tiden är okej, eftersom företaget, som fler har anmärkt, är kinesiskt. Dock var det lite för sent, då klockan redan hade börjat skickats. Det tog lite mindre än 2 veckor för mig att få den, fick den idag. Det var lite krångligt att para den med min mobil, och jag tvivlar på att den stämmer 100% med stegräknandet, men jag är villig att se över detta då klockan var oförskämt billig.

När jag hörde av mig till supporten uttryckte jag oro över klockans kvalitet etc, och att jag ville skicka tillbaka den med full refund på pengarna. Dock var ju som sagt klockan redan skickad när de svarade, så de berättade för mig att det var 90 dagars garanti på att skicka tillbaka den om jag inte tyckte om den. Jag tycker att supporten var förvånansvärt hjälpsam, speciellt när jag läst så många negativa omdömen.

Jag ska prova att använda klockan nu i några dagar, se hur stegräkningen och kaloriräkningen ser ut, och sen kommer jag uppdatera detta omdömet baserat på resultaten.

Än så länge kan jag säga, LÅT BLI att köpa klockan om du kan, men om du inte hinner avbryta ordern, ge klockan en chans.

Här kommer uppdateringen: jag har använt klockan i 3-4 dagar nu, och är faktiskt… nöjd? Jag är förvånad själv, men stegräkningen verkar fungera som den ska, jag kan styra musik från den, jag får sms, den har ”ficklampa” (ett starkt vitt ljus) med olika funktioner, den har sportfunktioner där jag kan lägga till de sporter jag gör. Den rekommenderade att jag satte på ”outdoor walking” när jag hade gått ett längre tag, och jag upplever att den har förenklat en hel del vardagliga funktioner för mig. Jag är alltså generellt nöjd. Jag tror inte att klockan mäter puls, blodsockernivåer, blodsyrenivåer mm så bra, men jag var inte heller ute efter det. Den trodde att jag sov 12 timmar inatt, vilket (efter lite egen huvudräkning) stämmer hyfsat bra.

Klockan är förresten ganska stor, lite tung, alltså ingen fitbit. En annan nackdel är att jag inte kan para klockan till mina hälsoappar som Lifesum exempelvis. Annars är jag faktiskt nöjd. Jag har inte behövt ladda klockan sen den kom, den visar tiden, passar bra på min handled, och går att anpassa via appen. Nästa gång jag köper en klocka kommer jag vara smartare och göra mer research, men denna tänker jag använda tills den inte fungerar mer.

Jag rekommenderar den fortfarande inte, men när man får den att funka (och när man är ganska kravlös) så är den faktiskt ganska bra.

If I could put a minus stars I would. Rogue company. Do not buy from them.
They send wrong colour and faulty items and then expect you to pay for returns to china even though they advertise from the address they are UK.
They will offer compensation of 5, then 10 percent hoping you will keep the item and grind you down so you get bored and let them win.
If you do chargeback then they offer 50 percent for you to cancel and no doubt never repay you.

Save yourself some money and use trusted sites.

Dit is een zeer slecht horloge en wordt veel te duur aangeboden. Na 7 weken deed hij het al niet meer en synchroniseerde ook niet met de app. Op internet stond een hele goede recensie maar dat is doorgestoken kaart. Niet kopen dit horloge.

So so so wish I had read the reviews, went on Google and looked up the top 10 watches, this one came up so trusted it and just brought. It's faulty, screen gets stuck between swipes and touch screen doesn't work; my only response from them was telling me how to set it up 🙄🤦‍♀️😖; after sending proof of faulty they are no longer responding ! DO NOT BUY!!!

Tried to cancel 15 minutes after ordering received an email 2 days later saying I was too late.
Returned it unopened they keep fobbing me off no sign of any refunds.

I honestly wish I had read these reviews first. The one star is because I wasn't allowed to leave zero stars. This company are firstly not UK based as the name LuxoSmart UK suggests but are based in China. You are paying £110 for a watch you could get elsewhere for £30. There is nothing special about it and customer service is soooooo poor.

I initially searched for GPS smartwatch and this one came out tops. I received it and it did not have GPS so I asked to return it as should be allowed in my UK consumer rights. To cut a long story short it has taken me 2 months to receive two thirds of my money back. It has been a NIGHTMARE. Even although the email address suggests it is a UK company they are based in China and once I eventually got an address it cost me £13.50 to return it. It got stuck in customs and I had no way of moving it forward and communication was so so poor with LuxoSmart UK. Roll on 2 months and I eventually received a two third refund of my outlays.

I have reported this company to Trading Standards but they just seem to be getting away with it. Buy at your peril!

I am waiting for 2 weeks now to get the watch sent back as an unwanted gift still no reply. Shocking company don't buy

After searching smart watches, I was directed to Luxo...
After 2 months I must say I'm impressed.
It does everything it's claimed to do, and more.
It's accurate with it's medical analysis, and very easy to use....
And... Charging is quick and a charge lasts me near enough 12 days....
All for £100..... What's not to like....

Absolutely terrible company. I have had to fight for weeks to try and even get the return address. They don’t care about customers, that just want your money.

I have tried to return the watch, firstly it took 20 emails to an address and now the item is stuck in customs, luxo have stopped reminding to my emails, this company should have its website blocked

Wish I had read the reviews, everyone is right, i cannot return it through the post as China does not accept anything with Batteries attached or items with MADE in China on them.
Luxosmart AI answer is to get a refund I have to return it, I have sent screenshot of China Post rules without success.
They sent another faulty watch as a replacement but as its Chinese New Year they haven't responded for 7 days so far.
Raised the dispute to Klarna but doubt anything will happen.

Do NOT buy from this company, they are unscrupulous. I wanted to send my watch back on the returns policy and they said it would cost me too much to post it back but would give me a 5% discount which is no help when the product does not do what i required. They have subsequently gone quite on me and will not respond to any e-mails
