Really wish I had checked trust pilot before g ordering. Same story as everyone else here. Looks like genuine company. But as soon as they have your money it all begins. Communication starts coming in German. No support. Late today when they arrive they are obviously fake, then went you ask for a return and refund they go silent. I have a dispute with Klama so fortunately they didnt get my money. Don't shop here

I have had a similar experience regarding the RL "offer", wrong sizes sent, says 3XL on the labels, I asked for XL, when you try (to) try them on the sizes are more like small men's! Shocking. £70 down the drain.
Again similar email replies, four or five words, "waiting for refund code" etc.
Can anyone give advice about claiming the money back via your credit card company?

Have taken legal action. Spent £70. Didn’t receive my items and constantly get replied saying they’re sorting it. It’s been 6 weeks, have now filed legal action. Don’t use this business

Ordered clothes from what looked like a reputable company. Never received any of the things I ordered and am now being ignored after asking weeks ago for a refund.

Saw an add on Google feed for ralph lauren body warmer with a free turtle neck for £70. Should have realised this was a scam even though the site said it was genuine, they are fake. DO NOT SHOP FROM THEM.

I placed an order and was sent a confirmation email then a day later tracking details.
The tracking number was not valid, customer service would reply days after each of my emails with short, 1 sentence replies which didn't answer my questions or make sense.
