Total Scam - I saw a very professional advert for discounted Ralph Lauren mens jumpers. I placed an order and although the credit card payment was processed there was little response from the Company ( portrayed in the ad as a high end UK vendor). Finally I received a response and a tracking number which shows after 4 weeks that the item is still in China and not dispatched. On reading all the other Trust Pilot reviews I can see that I have been scammed - I have now placed the issue in the hands of my credit card company who are investigating . I expect to either receive nothing or perhaps eventually some shoddy imitation . I find it difficult to accept that companies like this can be allowed to continually place adverts on many popular social media sites without censure . I am hopeful that I reported this to my card company in time for them to stop the payment but beware - these deals are often not deals at all - just a total scam

I purchased what I thought was a genuine Ralph Lauren Gilet for £80 in the alleged sale, however when it arrived it was an illegal copy, there were no return details in the packaging nor was there any on their website, I emailed them several times asking for the return address but the ignored me, so I refered the matter to my credit card company who asked me to email the requesting they collect the item from my home, disappointingly they ignored me, and I have been in contact with the credit card company who have started an investigation and immediately refunded me, so remember always pay by credit card if you can when shopping online because not all retailers are genuine 🙃

After receiving a promotion to purchase a Ralph Lauren gilet as part of a bundle deal for £69.99, I waited around 6 weeks for the items to arrive. As soon as I saw the parcel, alarm bells started ringing — the packaging was nothing like genuine clothing store packaging and the parcel had Chinese labels all over it.

Once opened, the items were quite honestly the worst counterfeit goods I’ve ever seen. The quality was laughable.

I raised a case through PayPal’s Resolution Centre, only to initially be told I would need to return the items to Brazil at my own expense!

Thankfully, after a quick phone call to PayPal explaining the situation, I received a full refund.

I would strongly advise people to avoid Luxor Menswear. If you’ve already purchased from them and suspect counterfeit goods, make sure you use your consumer rights and payment protection to pursue a refund.

Sending out fake clothing then asking to send back to them in Brazil to get refund.
DO NOT SEND BACK THE CLOTHING!
Make a claim via credit card or as I did through PayPal
Paypal are aware it’s a scam company and they closed the case in my favour without need to return fake clothes.

I GOT XXL AND THEY WERE A MEDIUM FOR A CHILD.
THERES WAS A USA CONTACT AND THEY CAME FROM GERMANY AND TOOK TEN DAYS

Fake rubbish,do,not order from this site it is a fake counterfiet site ,the items arrive with chinese labels all over them ,the website looks so genuine ,but its so not,they are based in brazil ,so any returms you have to pay yourself which i was quoted £30,luckily i payed by pay pal,and rang them to complain about £30 return ,and they closed tje case and refunded ,me and i was able to keep the cheap chinese tat

I have had the same experience as others.
I paid extra for 48hr delivery, had emails saying delivery is delayed. Eventually arrived and was XL instead of Medium and items could not look anymore fake. The gillet has a printed Ralph logo. They are ignoring all of my emails for return and refund.

It’s been the same experience for me regarding the RL "offer", I ordered an Xl and was sent 3XL - the clothes are not 3XL and very poor quality -

£69 down the drain. Customer service has been absolutely appalling and now no response to any of my requests for a full refund

Received Gillet and jumper, very very fake. No response from return request yet. Do not use absolute rubbish sold as originals!!!

Ordered a gilet with a free jumper (£70)
Recieved lots of corrospondence, apology for the delay and updates on the tracking. When recieved, the items were definately fake and they come up extremely small. I have contacted them on a number of occasions requesting a return but with no reply.

These are absolute scammers, goods are counterfeit. Ordered, received email noting delayed delivery, my order was being personally dealt with. Goods eventually arrive late, small sizes, packed in ridiculous bags, covered in Chinese writing. Shaby bits of rag. Then they ignore you when you request a return - refund.

BEWARE. Do NOT ORDER from these, but if you do, make sure you ORDER USING CREDIT CARD for protection. This company is not good, they reply but make excuses. I am still awaiting outcome of my credit card back charge.

They took over a month to deliver after emailing them few times.
Told them I don’t want it anymore as they stated when I order 5-7 days for delivery
Still sent the goods, very poor quality and wrong size sent and now I have been waiting 3 weeks for them to send me a return label.
They still have my money not refunding it.
Do not deal with this company.

Have ordered RL jacket and Jumper. Arrived late as they had an issue with their shopping company.
Everything is the wrong size . Have written to their service dept. No reply so far.

I ordered a Ralph Lauren Jumper& gilet set which arrived 2 days ago.

Clearly fake clothing, poor quality and sizing is not correct. I have e-mailed them but no response so far and don't hold much hope for a QR code to return this item.

Clearly cheap made fake products in China and no chance of a refund. Will try a reverse bank charge but just avoid this company.

Avoid - my goods arrived but they were 3XL although not even a medium I would say. I ordered XL. As with others, I got drawn in by what seemed like a bargain. Fake goods, poor quality and now I'm stuck with these items are are too small and no chance of a refund. Avoid like the plague, it's a scam.
