Great delivery, came early and lovely man helped me get the mew mattress upstairs. Good first impressions on the mattress, feels soft and luxurious.

The delivery was perfectly handled. Ahmer was super friendly and professional and delivered the mattress with care right to the needed room. Definitely recommend! Thank you very much

I worked with Luxe Mattresses & Beds UK…
I worked with Luxe Mattresses & Beds UK on a marketing project, and unfortunately, they failed to pay me for the work I completed. Despite multiple follow-ups via email, they stopped responding entirely.
I’m sharing this so that other freelancers, agencies, and service providers are aware before working with them. It’s always disappointing to have to write a review like this, but I would strongly advise caution when engaging in business with Luxe Mattresses & Beds UK.
If someone from your team can reach out to me to resolve this matter, it would be greatly appreciated. (ben(at)wood-create.com)

Hi Ben, sorry for the late reply! We don’t work with individuals directly, we collaborate with marketing agencies such as Ad Rank One, CapT, and a few others. It might have been a mistake
Excellent service and attention to detail
Had a personal call to ensure best firmness for the bed and assurance we have 100 days trial and they could remove the old mattress from our upstairs bedroom. Only reason not 5 stars is we haven't tried the bed yet!

Hi! Thank you so much for your positive feedback and for the great experience with our customer service. We look forward to seeing you again
The service was outstanding
The service was outstanding, Roman (from customer service) took the time to explain the different types of mattress and found the perfect fit for my requirements. It was delivered within 4 days and looks of good quality. Also found the trial period of 14 days and 10-year warranty more reassuring.
