A really bad experience
A nightmare to have the mattress (average quality for how it is advertised and its cost) delivered.
3 appointments missed by them without notice. Then they arrived, again without notice, and so left the mattress in the middle of the hallway and did not dispose our old one even though we had paid for the disposal and the relevant bag etc…. A real waist of money for a mattress not worth it

Was told only the night before my order…
Was told only the night before my order would arrive between 6:00am and 7:00am.
The delivery people went to the wrong address first. Called me several times.
Then finally when at the correct address refused to bring 2 mattresses up to my apartment even though there is a lift.
Order stated they deliver to your “front door” not lobby.
Awful service. Avoid this place.

I’m sincerely sorry for your disappointing delivery experience.
At the time, we were working with Ossett Logistics Ltd, a third-party delivery company responsible for deliveries in your area. Unfortunately, we received several complaints regarding their drivers’ unprofessional behaviour and failure to deliver mattresses as expected.
As a result, we terminated our contract with them effective 17 October. We are now working to cover the remaining delivery areas through our own delivery operations to ensure better service and accountability.
While the delivery was handled by a third party, we fully acknowledge that the responsibility for your experience ultimately lies with us.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your feedback, which has helped us make these necessary changes.
Absolutely horrific experience
Absolutely horrific experience from start to finish.
I got in touch with customer service before ordering to ask whether it was possible to order now, but delay delivery as we were going away. I of course had a resounding absolutely order now and leave a note on delivery - the delivery drivers will be in touch in advance for suitable dates and times before confirming. This was a lie.
I ordered and then got an email a few days later at 1am saying the mattress would be delivered between 1am and 5am that day. No notice at all, and incorrect timings.
Luckily someone was there to receive the mattress but it was such an ordeal with customer services to try and rectify it - no answer on email, someone who kept making excuses on chat and trying to blame me.
They then offered a 10% refund for the trouble, but a month later guess what? No refund has arrived and no one engages on chat or email.
As for the actual mattress, despite being advertised as toxin/chemical-free and organic it still, 4 weeks later, gives off a strong chemical smell despite having aired it for weeks. Particularly concerning as this was a bed meant for my child.
Take your money elsewhere, this company is awful.

Firstly, I sincerely apologise for your experience and for my delayed response. We take complaints seriously and investigate each case thoroughly before responding.
After reviewing your order, we found that although you contacted our support team about delaying delivery until 2 October, no delivery instructions were included in your order notes. We do accommodate delayed deliveries, but unfortunately, our dispatch team was unaware of your request.
Regarding the 10% compensation, our team attempted to contact you multiple times to resolve the refund issue but received no response. Certain actions require customer confirmation before we can proceed.
We also offer customers the option to select their preferred delivery date during checkout, and our team explained this process when you contacted us.
Finally, regarding your concerns about the mattress, if you are unhappy with the product, PLEASE RETURN IT FOR A 100% REFUND. You can submit your request at claims.luxemattresses.co.uk.
We genuinely regret your experience, but I also believe it is important to acknowledge that our team has made several attempts to resolve your concerns. We are always willing to take responsibility where things go wrong, and we remain happy to provide a full refund if the mattress does not meet your expectations.

I love that Luxe Mattress uses a survey after you choose your mattress—it really helps ensure you get the right fit for your body. Even though the first mattress I received was slightly too hard for my liking, the customer service was unmatched.
Roman took care of everything immediately. He got a replacement delivered in the same week with absolutely no extra charge. They swapped them out seamlessly, just checking the first mattress to ensure it wasn't stained or damaged before taking it back. If you want top-notch quality, service, and customer satisfaction, ask for Roman!
