I could not be happier with the support and customer service I received with LM Curtains. The luxaflex blinds fitted perfectly on the windows and look so good.

L & M Curtains were amazing to deal with from start to the installation, their expertise and helpfulness made the whole experience so easy, their knowledge of the Luxaflex range helped us so much in making our decision making so much easier and the whole experience was pleasant. the team from L & M were all wonderful

Very please with the service provided by luxaflex curtains and blinds. We had double roller blinds installed through out our home and a feature curtain in the master bedroom. The help and guidance received face to face in the display room made for an informative and very quick choice in both style and colour. We love the practicality of the sunshades and blackout blinds and the mood setting of our wall length dark grey curtain. 10/10 have recommended this company to other friends and family and will seek them out for future curtain and blind needs.

We built our 1st new family home and have a massive statement window. We wanted to show it off by having a sexy blind. It is now in and everone is wowed when we show how it works. And the quality from install and ease of use to the simple crystal finish at end of draw string. Very happy

We wanted to replace our aging Luxaflex pull up blinds with up to date Luxaflex Vertiglide blinds for our glass sliding door as we have dogs going in & out several times a day. We also replaced the pull up blinds on the windows with new Duette blinds with wands. So much easier to use & they all look fabulous. Leanne & Chris know their stuff & their service was terrific.

L & M Blinds originally came to repair 2 blinds at my home. Whilst they were here a discussion ensued re the blinds I wanted in the first place but was told (by a different firm) that they wouldn’t work in my home.
“Oh yes you can have that type of blind here !!” So a measure and quote and a few short weeks later L&M Blinds installed the blinds I have wanted since I moved into my new home 9 years ago.
Luxaflex Blinds are great blinds and L & M Blinds are definitely great ambassadors for Luxaflex.

I am extremely happy with my blinds and the customer service I received. Everything from measuring to installation was prompt and efficient the staff are very helpful listened to my questions and provided excellent advice and high quality blinds.

Working with Leanne was super easy. She understood our needs over the phone, sent us useful info, worked with our schedule to measure up and our blinds arrived and were installed on time and hassle free. The blinds are superior quality and being able to use a discontinued colour we got a great value. We are very happy with our window furnishing upgrade and will definitely consider L&M blinds in the future.

We love the blinds they are brilliant, however really disappointed with the chord fixture that it protrudes from the architrave, when we visited the Luxaflex store prior to purchase, the blinds on display has a chain or there was a wand that twisted, it was suggested the chain would be better,
we were not consulted that there had been a change or that the chord was fixed by an ugly plastic protruding clip, it's an eyesore, and takes away from the stylish blinds,
Communication & consultation would have been appreciated, I hate this fixture, regards M. Fraser

Leanne, Kathy and the team are by far the best in Albury/Wodonga. So helpful and full of ideas when no one else was able to assist with updating our curtains. The Luxaflex blinds I got are brilliant, easy to use and stunning. The sheer curtain with night blind range was extensive. I fully recommend LM Curtains with their wide range to offer and knowledge.

Very professional and not pushy. From the time I entered the show room the advice that I received was excellent but it did take me a couple of visits before deciding on the product. I was still very unsure but when thet were fitted in my home I new the right choice had been made.The suggestion that I go with the blinds definately paid off. The backup service has been excellant and would highly recommend LM curtains to anyone. Well done!

From the moment I walked into the showroom, Leanne and Kathy guided me through the daunting process of window treatments for my whole house. The knowledge, and expertise of all of their products was outstanding. They visited the site and understood the types of products that would work well for my family and the quality of our house. Chris was careful with the installation taking every precaution to leave no marks and ensure everything was perfect. I am in love with the Luxaflex silhouettes and the duettes are simply stunning with Leanne’s sheer S-folds. I cannot wait for the luminette’s to arrive! Fantastic service, advice and installation. Our new blinds look stunning. Being able to open, close and adjust them all at the push of a button is wonderful. An excellent black-out effect when closed, and when the top is lowered we can still see our lead-light windows while having the privacy and thermal benefits we wanted from the blinds. We thoroughly recommend LM Curtains.

We decided to bite the bullet and get the Luxaflex Duette shades. Chris and Leanne from LM curtains could not have been more helpful in helping us to decide the best type for our unique setup - floor to ceiling angled windows (11 in total). And also in the installation, as three of the windows were above an angled staircase, so not easy to gain the elevation to do the install, but Chris thought it through, with safety of the utmost importance. The final result is everything we wanted and more. Just love the blinds, the translucence they bring, and the way we can either have more or less light in depending on our mood and the weather.

Leanne and Chris at LM Curtains delivered on their promises. They are both so passionate about the Luxaflex brand and the superior quality of the products. We installed polysatin shutters, duettes and lumishades and all are simply perfection. Not only are the products superb, but the whole experience right from product selection, to colour co-ordination, all the way through to installation was exemplary.

Our Luxaflex outdoor blind was professional installed by LM Curtains and proudly Australian built to withstand heavy rain and windstorms.

LM curtains provided us with expert advice about the product and recommended the right window coverings for our new home. We have found the blinds we had installed are very classy and provide the amount of sun protection we require. The making and installation of the blinds was efficient and professional and we are considering Luxaflex awnings to complete the job.

Friendly and helpful staff who helped overcome a manufacturing issue and installed a beautiful blind in our son’s room. It just topped the new bedroom off delightfully!
