Products are good but their customer…
Products are good but their customer service and quality control are extremely poor. If they think all products are inspected before they are delivered then they seriously need to get new staff. Items arrived with blatant marks on them, including one chair which had a bent leg with a major crack in the frame. Then they won’t even let you speak to them over the phone, everything has to be done over email. Simply not good enough when you are spending a significant amount of money on items that aren’t right.

For complaints and aftercare issues, we do ask that communication is kept in writing so we have a clear record of the issue, photos provided and any resolution agreed. This isn’t to avoid speaking with customers, but to make sure everything is documented correctly and can be dealt with as efficiently as possible.

We couldn't recommend this company highly enough! It's been a long time since we've experienced customer service of this standard.
From start to finish, the communication was exceptional—everything was organised and ran like a well-oiled machine. The delivery drivers were polite, friendly, and arrived exactly on time, making the whole experience completely stress-free.
And that's before even mentioning the furniture! We ordered the Luca white and gold dining table and matching coffee table, and we couldn't be happier. They were incredibly easy to assemble ourselves, and the marble finish is absolutely beautiful. The quality exceeded our expectations.
This has genuinely been one of the best purchases we've ever made, backed up by outstanding customer service. An exceptionally well-run business that we wouldn't hesitate to recommend!
