Excellent friendly efficient service gave sound advice

I gave Luscombe and Co 5 Stars for their friendly customer service. They are always easy to communicate with and are really knowledgeable about all aspects of property management. They really support me as a landlord and Im 100% confident in the advice and guidance they give me.

Lauren has always been very quick to reply to any emails and has been very patient with us when we have had queries.

Luscombe & Co have also been very quick to solve any repair / maintenance problems at the property.

I don't leave reviews for most estate agents because they usually pretty rubbish but Luscombe & CO have always been great.

We have been tenants with Luscombe & CO for 2 years now and never had any issues.

Lauren has always been very speedy to reply and helpful.

If we have had any issues with the property they will sort it out very fast. For example our boiler broke the other week and they managed to get an engineer out to help within hours!!

An issue was brought to my notice from Luscombe & CO with regard to a maintenance issue. I asked if they would get quotes and deal with the work which they did. Very professional and courteous company.

I have always found Luscombes very friendly and efficient. As soon as a tenant leaves they find another one very quickly. Also do all the necessary checks making my life as a landlord so much easier. I would recommend them to anyone needing a letting agent as far as I am concerned they are the best there is

Customer service is a joke,
All is fine when you pay on time, but when you've got some problems on the property which Luscombe looking after, you will be ignored or will take them 4,68 moths? or never ....
From Luscombe, to landlords, back and forth blaming each other. Terrible. There are many other agencies on the market where the agent looking after tenants much better then them.
