First time customer

First time customer. I purchased the magnum jig dancer blades and 3/4 oz. jigs. Two of the 20 jigs were missing the eye that the line ties to making them useless. The blades seem to be a good quality though I haven’t tested them yet. I received my order four days after placing it which was pretty quick. Their prices are comparable to other suppliers such as Barlows.

Dear first-time customer. We are sorry that a couple of the jigs were faulty. We stand by our products, so if you call customer service, we will ship out replacements right away.

I like your products

I like your products. You didn't have as much product as you said and I got shorted. I called and you gave me a smaller size. Your prism strip in catalog showed they had adhesive backs, but they didn't. Makes them harder to use. Your rep was nice and didn't believe it until he looked at inventory. You don't special order 1000 hook boxes like you used to.

I really like LPO!

I really like LPO! Especially so because I like to customize my lures and presentations . LPO has a great selection of different products that help me become a better angler. I’ve always had great service and fast shipping, which is very important during peak fishing season. Keep up the good work guys!
