Wrong size tiptop
I ordered two tip tops with a barrel size 6.5, ring size 8. The barrel size is correct but the ring size is 12. I can’t put a tip top on a rod that is larger than the last guide. If you didn’t have the correct tiptop you should have cancelled my order & issued a refund.

Products are great and customer service when talkkng to someone has been great but web page for ordering is awkward, formatting is awkward for viewing the page when adding products to your cart. Also for comfort I would go back and forth from the product picture/description page to add to cart page to make sure I had the right item.

First time customer here. I order a lot of lure parts. I received only a portion of my order. The most important part was the screw eyes and I received only 1 of my 4 packs that I ordered. That’s a big screw up on such a small order…

Pictures of the molds were hard to see and I couldn’t enlarge them. I only bought one to try because of the return policy. If the pictures were better I might would have purchased multiple molds

The company is doing amazing
The company is doing amazing. The site is easy to find stuff on. The only issue is that I have to wait 6 weeks for my order because I live in Australia. I am a running business and I need my orders quick. I have a lure expo on the 18th and 19th of July and I only have 6 weeks to make 375 lures. I reckon if you had a branch in Australia you would have more sales which = more money and more happy customers. Please take this review in.
