This vacuum checked all the boxes.
It is easy to use and excellent at accomplishing the job. My favorite part of LUPE's platform is that I can order any replacement part.

This vacuum is great there is lots of suction

Finally a great cordless vacuum that works...
Only nit picky issues that come to mind -
[1] The dust dump door should just fall open when you press the button over the trash can vs. having to manually pull the door open.
[2] Dog hair is troublesome for almost all vacuums corded or not. If there was an easier way to get all that hair out of the dust catch container when full, that would be a big winner!
[3] Head articulation from side to side, albeit very good, feels like it could be made to move with less resistance.
Nothing is a showstopper on this vacuum.
We own 2 of these vacuums, one for upstairs and one downstairs, that is how impressed we are with the Lupe, we love them. We gave all the other wand like cordless vacuums and upright Miele vacuums to Goodwill when Lupe came along.
The masterful engineering allows the Lupe to really suck & clean better than our corded vacuums on both hardwood floors and carpets. They are light weight, easy to maneuver, and battery life seem just right, we seldom to never have to run it at top speed.
You have a game changer here.

I love love love this vacuum. Worth the price. It picks up EVERYTHING. The battery life is perfect for our 1 bedroom apartment. We can vacuum the whole thing pretty thoroughly about 2 times and then spot clean a few times as well before running out. It does take a long time to charge up but if you needed you could just get an extra battery which i love.
Its super easy to clean and dump, the capacity is really nice, lightweight, easy to use and do different configurations. I wish the hose was longer or there was an extension and i wish that there was someway to lock the unit to the ground or something when using the hose cause you have to hold it or it might tip over.
Other con is that long hair gets caught up like CRAZY in the rollers. I clean it pretty much every time i use it. If you have multiple long haired people in your house it would be rough but the silver lining is that its so so easy to take apart and clean. But its just something to consider.
The only other thing is one of the filters fell out and wont click back into place so i had to duct tape it lol.
I love the design and the look of it, its lightweight and i love that its a cordless upright, no charging station.
Overall i would absolutely purchase it again.

I have purchased two Lupe Vacuum cleaners. The first one I purchased was on November 13, 2021. It was everything the reviews said it was and I was very pleased with it and recommended it to others.

Since we have a second home, I purchased another unit on June 28, 2022. This unit functioned poorly. It pushed dirt and debris rather than pick it up. I initially contacted the factory and rather than hearing the unit would be replaced, I was provided a list of things to perform, none of which corrected the problem. I was very diappointed in the response and had left this response on TrustPilot.
I was happily surprised when Pablo, the president, reached out personally to look into the problem.
I sent him pictures and a video demonstrating the problem. I very happy to report he is going to replace the unit. Needless to say, I am very grateful. Thank you Pablo!

I love how easy it is to take various parts apart. The only weakness I have found so far is the edge guard is easily dislodged; I have replaced it twice. It does a great job and I can easily vacuum the downstairs 2000 square feet on one charge.

The vacuum is powerful, lightweight, and relatively quiet. I find the design more intuitive than other high dollar vacuums. The run time is sufficient for our 1200 sq. ft (111.5 sq.meters) condo (mostly bare floors). I do wish it had a front light, maybe with an off switch to save power.

It’s super hard to talk to anyone. I still have not gotten my problem resolved either.

Deliver was timely, setup was easy and it works very well.

The stick vacuum stopped working after being used 8 times.

This vacuum is the highlight of our cleaning routine!

Generally happy, good at picking up dirt, etc, but brush bar keeps stopping with anything but hardwood floors and very low pile carpet.

It was easy to order online. The delivery was quick. The instructions were easy to understand.

I like the fact that it’s cordless and how the whole thing can be broken down and used in different ways. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work well for me because it frequently gets clogged. I have two dogs and two kids. I end up with dog hair and all sorts of other things. I do the usual pre-vaccum pickup rounds but this vacuum can’t handle what the $89 vacuum from Walmart can without getting clogged. And yes, I replaced this vaccum with a $89 vacuum from Walmart.

Great vacuum. Easy to clean between uses and easy to remove long hair from the rollers. Does the whole 2000 Sq ft house on one charge with room to spare.

I love how well the vacuum works. It meant all my needs.

They understood the problem and immediately sent out a replacement part. It was fast and courteous service.

You were all over solving my problem, in short order, even over the holidays. My only suggestion would be to send instructions next time, or post them on the web. Perhaps they're there but I couldn't them.

I love it!! I have had this vacuum now about 10 months. I received it back in March of 2022. The idea of not dealing with cord is so freeing! When I made my purchase I’m am so happy that I chose to get 2 batteries. The only SMALL drawback is the hose. It is very short. It would be great if they could figure a way to make the hose longer or create hose attachment. I do plan on buying some additional filters. So I can have a back up one available to use while the other is drying off. I am very pleased with my Vacuum 😊😌
