I was so impressed with Lune's website…

I was so impressed with Lune's website as it offered me exactly what I'd googled. So many webs ites offer something different because they dont have what you specified. Also all sizes and colours were/are available at the Sale Price instead of just XS or.4XL - the sizes they can't sell otherwise. So far, impressed, but let's see. Watch this space !! Pete G

Outstanding service

I found a gorgeous dress for being a wedding guest. There was a slight delay to my order during shipping. I emailed customer services and the help, constant support and keeping in touch was nothing short of amazing! Such outstanding service. The dress came just in time, fabulous! But unfortunately didn't fit. I used my backup plan. That amazing service continued throughout the returns process and I have a different size on its way for my next event.

Poor quality at high prices and difficult to return

Once you buy from them you get an email that you can get a full refund if you leave a review. Once you do that you get another email that you are too late and here is a 50% discount on buying something else. Then when I received the trench coat was such poor quality with buttons broken and I paid almost £100 for. When you want to return there is no return address and you need to email them. Once you do that they keep offering you discounts and when you finally get a return address you need to pay for full tracking postage to Canada. What a rip off - do yourself a favour and do not buy from them!
