Really good service

Buyer beware. Updated 06 May. My wife purchased a pair of sandals online from this website. After 4 days we had not received a confirmation email or tracking number despite the funds having been taken from our account. I contacted their support email address and after being sent backwards and forwards providing more information and screenshots of the payment details I was still no further forward with being provided an order number or tracking number. After giving up on the support team I informed them that I would be using chargeback through my provider to recover our money. Miraculously, I was then sent a tracking number for the item being sent from China. However still no invoice or order number. The item ( a pair of leather sandals) eventually arrived and to be frank the best description I could give is that they looked like something you would find in a child's fancy dress costume. the quality was poor at best. I then contacted to initiate a return. After many days of going round in circles again trying to setup a return without the order number which they still hadn't provided despite somehow being able to provide a tracking number out of thin air, they passed my request to a "specialist team". Two days later and nothing heard from them I emailed again informing them I intended recovering my money from my back. They wrote back providing me an address and a choice of wither getting 10% back and keep the sandals or post hem back to a Canadian Warehouse ( which is not mentioned anywhere on thier website) at a cost exceeding the value of the item. Catch 22. However, as they had yet to provide an order number that they insist is included in the return, I couldn't use this option if I tried. It bemuses me why an item sent from China by a company with a shop in London???? asks for an item to be sent back to Canada? I pointed this out in another email and again asked for an order number to be met with silence. If I was a cynical I could be think this is a deliberate ploy to ensure they don't have to make refunds for sub standard products. Luckily I am not a cynic and I will contact my bank and trading standards I really would like them to resolve this but as we have no reached an impasse I might just becoming a cynic after all.

Update 6 May - I have now been offered 15% refund and 20% off future purchases, or, a voucher for the full cost of the item we wished to return. I have refused this as the whole point of the return was the shocking quality of the item. I can't seem to add the pictures here that I have now sent to them. The sole of the sandals are covered in lumps and bumps where the foot straps have been badly tucked under the insole and glued. The heels are uneven and different sizes. As I have said I have refused their offer and I requested a full refund. Still no order number either.

Great quick delivery

Generally fine, but more convenient to use a credit card and at one point it came up with an order that I hadn’t made! Fortunately, the order ended up correct with out further action.
