This company is a scam. Do Not buy anything from this poor quality company.
You are led to believe by the pictures and write ups of the products that they are good… however they are rubbish.
If you want to return an item they will ask you to send it to Canada on a track and trace which costs unsurmountable amount.

Do not buy from this company - absolutely awful. Late delivery, only one of a set of 2. Refused to allow return the first item that eventually arrived - as I'd opened the package??? Then because I'd tried it on and too small. Does not say this in their returns policy. Absolute con and I'm ashamed I fell for their marketing. They have no connection to the UK whatsoever. This shouldn't be allowed.

Scam website. Selling products at a much higher cost that are available on shein or Amazon. Disgraceful quality and lies about product description. Refund policy is terrible and international shipping which they expect the customer to pay for. I will be contacting trading standards and customer rights.

While Lune refunded the cost of my damaged blouse promptly. their post-return customer service has been completely deceptive.

Their website explicitly states that they cover return shipping costs for damaged items. Despite this, customer support refused to reimburse my international shipping fees to Canada. After I escalated the issue, they sent a formal written confirmation promising that the shipping refund was being processed.

The money never arrived. When I followed up, they completely backpedalled, retracted their written promise, and refused the refund all over again. It's now been a month of back and forth they continue to refuse my refund despite my evidence of going against their own published policy and their direct written commitments. I will also be reporting the company to the Trading Standards.

Please do not order from here. Product is of extreme low quality and faulty. False advertising and misleading information on the website. After contacting customer service, "Emilia" pulled out of thin air their hygiene policy which is not stated in their returns policy or ts and cs, nor is the product listed as a hygiene product. The packing is also not clearly labelled as a hygiene seal. The 30 day money back guarantee is also a lie and she claimed it was now a 14 day return window- no such thing mentioned onsite. After essay long emails, it was like talking to a brick wall. She was not able to provide any evidence of the supposed "policy" and contradicted herself multiple times. Eventually she offered me a partial refund of £5 which was insulting. I thankfully paid through PayPal and was able to receive a full refund on the phone instantly. Other reviews are before items are received and look like bots. I hope this finds the decent people buying similar products and deters them.

Edit-this version of the company on trust pilot is new with mostly good reviews from employees or bota-this is to trap new customers. Please see older versions of the same company with overwhelming negative reviews.

I made the mistake of not checking Trustpilot
This company perports to be a London based company, well I doubt very much it is. I’ve just had my tracking email for an item I ordered and guess what it’s coming all the way from China. I await with bated breath !!!!

I accidentally bough second identical item because of how the sneaky check out system was, and Lune refused to cancel the double order claiming it had already been processed minutes later! Weeks later I still did not get my order somehow, and I think scaring the company with regulators helped me to get my refund. The positive side is they reply fast, even if they cant help you the way you ask. I understand that my stuff is shipped from China, so do not get mislead by the name and 'co.uk'...

Where to start! I placed an order took ages to arrive , item nothing like what the picture was like , in fact cheap , crap looking boots , if I could give zero stars I would , absolute waste of money !

Since receiving a response from Lunelondon, and providing them with my order details - NOTHING! So much for following up and resolving my issues! What can they do? Professional looking website, but clothes made in China (no washing instructions or composition info, as not linen and China doesn’t require that info on clothes I assume). Thanks for nowt Lunelondon (name in itself should be removed as nothing made in London).

Should have known better! The “linen” blouse I thought I was buying (not cheap but not overly expensive) turned up from China - so not a British company - and of course it looks nothing like the picture and is made of some cotton/polyester mix!! Complete garbage. I never learn.

SCAM WEBSITE. I urge you to read all the recent reviews - this website is a scam.
I received a dress that was NOTHING like the photo, went to return it and customer support said I cannot because I am outside the 14-day window. Their website clearly says 30-days for returns. Currently having to raise a dispute with my bank. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

A total scam. I was offered a credit for two items I had received which didn't fit. Then when you get the credit you are told it cannot be applied to any item that's already discounted. Since everything on the website is discounted that then becomes impossible. Cheap, inferior products from China.

I received my check blouse from “Lune “ London today and would love to add that I was happy with it —/ size ok but the quality so poor hence will not be wearing it sadly … I was hoping to return it and ask for a refund but see from reviews no point postage so expensive ( seems it has to be returned to Canada )
So disappointed as it looked amazing online .

AVOIDat all cost , BUYER BEWARE, I ordered from what looked like a company in London from a very impressive website , BIG MISTAKE, no retail presence at all in the uk , ordered women’s cargo pants , received today men’s cargo pants absolutely nothing like I ordered , cheap & nasty label cut out , obviously manufactured in china , cost me £70 , cost me £27 to return to Canada 😡 wished I’d have gone on trust pilot before ordering, it know shows me there’s an awfull lot of people in the same boat , just DO NOT order from LUNE LONDON , ( china /netherlands /canada ) what a complete rip off company , website needs removing .

Do not order from this company their website is misleading.Firstly the company is not based in London as the name Lune London suggests and the products are shipped from China/Canada.I ordered a pair high quality leather boots costing £90.There were delays in the arrival and when they did arrive the boots were made of plastic like material,terrible quality and damaged.Not even worth a tenner.When trying to return them I was asked to return the boots to their warehouse which is in Canada at my own cost of £30 shipping which I refused as this is not stated anywhere in their refund policy.They After numerous emails I was offered a 20% refund,then 30%,then 50%as their final offer.After being persistent I was then offered 70% refund and then finally managed to receive a full refund without returning the boots.
There are many other customers who have experienced same problems and not managed to get a full refund so this company is selling poor quality goods at high prices and making large profits from UK citizens.Do not buy!

Offers followed to discount and to return to Germany or Canada. I researched the addresses and it seems one is a shopping mall, the other a garage!

They appear to use AI to engage in endless emails. However, They admit they do not have a physical store in London. They say their company is registered in London but at Companies House LuneLondon was struck off?!

Absolute rubbish. Do not buy. As if the person who made it just learned how to thread the machine that day! Terrible material. Could make better myself. Would have given 0 stars if could.

This is a scam website - they sent me very bad quality clothes. When I asked to return them, I had to send them back to Canada at my own expense, tracked and traced otherwise no refund. Even though the original package was sent from the UK and the company is called Lune London. Somehow they have a load of good reviews on here, but I suspect they are bots, or people employed by the company to write reviews for them. Don't buy from this company.

I have already written one review - to which I received a reply but was not able to respond - so im responding here
The main complaint being that when my husband tried to return his horrible jacket he found out that he had to pay postage of £27.50 to Canada?
He wants a full refund - there is a Lune shop in London so why can't he return the jacket there?
Lune asked him to give them a positive review before he even received his order - so desperate!!

If I could award 0 stars I would. Quality of the goods is dreadful . False advertising selling waterproof coats that wouldn't hold out any water. More like a thin shiny shirt. When applying for refund return costs down to me !! Advertising as UK returns to be sent to Canada. Absolutely shocking !!!!
