Ordered trousers and boots. The trousers were cheap leggings and the boots were plastic and way smaller than the size stated. This order cost over £80. Having read the reviews I don’t have the energy to battle for returns and refund. PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THIS FIRM. ITEMS ARE NOT AS STATED.

Don’t believe the recent 4.3 star rating. They have obviously managed to scam Trustpilot as well. Previously all reviews were 1 star. Believe all the reviews written with 1 star but no others.

Never order from this website! It's totally scam. This website its fake. The name of real its "lune-london.co.uk"
So my story is that i received dress who is totally different from what I order. ( this supose to be my wedding dress) Of course in the fake website no have option for return and when i contact with them by email they gave me 3 options. One of them is to receive 10% refund and 50% discount of my next order.. which is stupid.. I would never order from them again.Second was to send the dress back to them warehouse which is in CANADA and shipping will cost me £16 - £20. Which is half of the price of the dress... and I even don't know if the dress will go exactly to them . Why the name of the shop is lunelondon after you make to return the dress to CANADA.. TOTALLY SCAM!!!
Thirth was to send photo of the dress that I receive with explanation what happen and why I don't want to keep it and a team will chek in next 2 business days and MAYBE I will receive refund... After I try to send the photos of the dress 15 times ,they was saying that they cant download it ,so they can't process my return. After 2 hours of sending emails realised everything is pointless and I will never receive refund... Be careful how you choosing the websites that you ordering!

Everything was wrong. The company is a scam - avoid it. The product bore no resemblance to what was advertised. It was supposed to be linen and was some cheap synthetic material. It came from China and took at least 3 weeks - I had no prior warning of this. I was charged £5 for postage and it was supposed to be free. I have no faith at all in the refund process. Avoid it!

Made an online order. Cancelled the very next day after i learned item was coming from china and therefore all along the delivery date i had been given was a lie. Emailed them to further confirm cancellation. They aknowledged but said they couldnt cancel the order and i would have to reject it on arrival and it would be sent back to their warehouse and then back to destination no charge, i rejected it on arrival and then lo and behold the delivery was then falsefully done in my absenture on a different day. I now had an/the item(unopened) i did not want and was now being asked to send to canada.it cost me £33.00. After i sent the item and sent proof, they say they cannot see the if item is onroute to them despite LUNE LONDON having allllllll the information of the package. Still no refund and £133.00 out of pocket.

I really wish I could upload a picture of what I ordered and what I got. I bought a beautiful cream linen dress with a huge octopus print on it. With pockets. I received a material that was thin and shiny - rayon possibly. The company claims to be London based but it took two weeks for my ‘shipment’ to come from Canada. Reduced from £91 to £45 😂 I’ve made one klarna payment and will be contacting them as I’m not paying for this and I’m certainly not paying the exorbitant fee to return it…to Canada. Morally bankrupt company. Ps. It had no pockets 🤷🏻‍♀️

Scam Scam Scam do not shop see their other similar profile on trustpilot where they score 1* - I have tried to report this to trustpilot but cannot speak to a human - dreadful. Please do not shop this site. Their reviews are fake and I no longer trust trustpilot as a website. Look at other Lune Londons on trustpilot.

Save your money and avoid Lune London. Ordered weeks ago, heard nothing from them, no tracking updates. When the parcel finally turned up some items were damaged and wrong sizes. Emailed them and still no response at all. Very unprofessional and poor quality products this company is a scamming industry, and not even based in London. so pleased don't buy anything from their website

I ordered a dress. It was expected to be delivered between 5 and 14 days. It did not arrive until 18 days since I ordered it, so it was too late to use. I'm currently in a battle trying to return the dress and get a refund as they will not provide me with a returns, address or returns label. Do not buy from here!

Since I fist posted with one star, Lune have offered me a partial refund and the opportunity the keep the dress. This is a kind gesture, however it would have been better to be able to return with a full refund, please just check details before buying as my dress was not from London, it was from the Netherlands, so I understand that returns will be annoying and difficult for them. Lovely dress though!

Not even from London, Fake website and online ads, just cheap Chinese garments made out of plastic charged at higher prices not worth for it. Will be reporting it to trade standards!
Ordered a 3 pieces suit, comes From China, no labels (all been cut off) to tell what it is and who makes it. Looks and feels like a silky scarf. I chose Apricot colour, but was sent Khaki colour. So, be warned, dont waste your time and Money !!! Even clothes from Poundland are 100 times better in comparison of the shit item I received 🤬

GO NOWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY, THE WHOLE THING IS A SCAM. THE SHOES TOOK AGES TO ARRIVE (FROM CHINA), WERE OF A TERRIBLE QUALITY AND FIT (I ORDERED TWO SIZES AS WAS NOT SURE WHICH WOULD FIT BETTER) AND THEN WHEN ASKED TO RETURN THEM WAS TOLD I HAD TO RETURN THEM TO CANADA - AT MY EXPENSE. THE SHOES HAVE GONE IN THE BIN, I'M OUT BY £70 AND HAVE WRITTEN A STRONGLY WORDED EMAIL TO THEM AFTER THEY HAVE SENT ME AN EMAIL ASKING ME TO REVIEW THEIR SERVICE!
KEEP CLEAR AND TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS/FAMILY TO DO SO.

The boots are poor quality and do not look as authentic as they did in the pictures. I was away on business when they arrived and by the time I returned I was no longer allowed to return them even though it was within 1 month which is what most retailers allow.
They look cheap and plastic!

If I could award zero stars, I would. The dress I ordered was badly cut with poor-quality material and was not a fair representation of the image shown on the website. To make matters significantly worse, all returns have to be routed through CANADA for processing at the customer’s expense. From the UK, this is around £20 (2026) for a light-weight dress. Do yourself a favour and avoid buying online from this company!

This retailer is not based in the UK. The (poor quality) shirt I ordered was shipped from China. When I realised this (within 48 hours of placing the order) I tried to cancel but was told I could not cancel the order and but would be able to return the item when it arrived.

When it did arrive and I tried to return the item, I was told that I had to return the item to Canada (from the UK) at my own cost.

This retailer has refused to give me the full refund that I am entitled to under UK law.

I don't usually write reviews for poor customer service but this is so bad that I dont want anyone else to be trapped by this shameful retailer.

scam scam scam items not as labelled or pictured. 'linen' shirt had no linen in it and they hadn't even bothered to sew a composition label in it (illegal in the UK). Very difficult / impossible returns process. Do not use

This company is a scam. Do Not buy anything from this poor quality company.
You are led to believe by the pictures and write ups of the products that they are good… however they are rubbish.
If you want to return an item they will ask you to send it to Canada on a track and trace which costs unsurmountable amount.

Do not buy from this company - absolutely awful. Late delivery, only one of a set of 2. Refused to allow return the first item that eventually arrived - as I'd opened the package??? Then because I'd tried it on and too small. Does not say this in their returns policy. Absolute con and I'm ashamed I fell for their marketing. They have no connection to the UK whatsoever. This shouldn't be allowed.

Scam website. Selling products at a much higher cost that are available on shein or Amazon. Disgraceful quality and lies about product description. Refund policy is terrible and international shipping which they expect the customer to pay for. I will be contacting trading standards and customer rights.

While Lune refunded the cost of my damaged blouse promptly. their post-return customer service has been completely deceptive.

Their website explicitly states that they cover return shipping costs for damaged items. Despite this, customer support refused to reimburse my international shipping fees to Canada. After I escalated the issue, they sent a formal written confirmation promising that the shipping refund was being processed.

The money never arrived. When I followed up, they completely backpedalled, retracted their written promise, and refused the refund all over again. It's now been a month of back and forth they continue to refuse my refund despite my evidence of going against their own published policy and their direct written commitments. I will also be reporting the company to the Trading Standards.

Avoid.

Please do not order from here. Product is of extreme low quality and faulty. False advertising and misleading information on the website. After contacting customer service, "Emilia" pulled out of thin air their hygiene policy which is not stated in their returns policy or ts and cs, nor is the product listed as a hygiene product. The packing is also not clearly labelled as a hygiene seal. The 30 day money back guarantee is also a lie and she claimed it was now a 14 day return window- no such thing mentioned onsite. After essay long emails, it was like talking to a brick wall. She was not able to provide any evidence of the supposed "policy" and contradicted herself multiple times. Eventually she offered me a partial refund of £5 which was insulting. I thankfully paid through PayPal and was able to receive a full refund on the phone instantly. Other reviews are before items are received and look like bots. I hope this finds the decent people buying similar products and deters them.

Edit-this version of the company on trust pilot is new with mostly good reviews from employees or bota-this is to trap new customers. Please see older versions of the same company with overwhelming negative reviews.
