I ordered 2 shapewear items in July 12, 2026 and paid for the items. A shipping email with a date of arrival was sent. To date August 14,2026, not items, can’t email the business because it won’t go through! So irritated with this experience. Was this a scam?
I ordered four ladies shapewear on July 13, 2026. I received a confirmation email indicating my order would be received the week of July 21. My credit card was charged, and I checked via the Shop app to track my item. The delivery date came and still no item. I sent an email to support requesting information about my order and received no response. I checked the Shop app and the tracking info that was there has been deleted. I submitted a fraud complaint to my credit card company for investigation.
Placed an order (body shaper)on 15 July, email confirming delivery on 27 July. Today is 9 August no further confirmation and no delivery received. Emails don’t get responded. SCAM SCAM SCAM that’s my conclusion, stay away from this company or social media ads linked to them.
Never received package what I ordered I ordered a shapewear bodysuit last month now we are in August nothing they email me stating it was being delivered on July 16th it should reach me July 27th nothing definitely a scam

Today is the 8th of July. And I haven't received my item yet. Why? I received a message on PayPal stating my item is out for delivery on the 6th. I took a picture of it. Still haven't received it. I feel I was scammed.
Update - sent two further emails but no reply since 10/02/2025 had to claim a chargeback via bank.
We ordered a bracelet as a gift. Almost a month later it has still not arrived. Email communication is extremely slow (no telephone number available) and we have been unable to come to a solution. At this moment in time the money has been taken from out account but we have no bracelet.
