From my initial call with Rebecca through to meeting the engineers Adam and Ollie, the service was excellent from start to finish. Communication was clear, they arrived promptly, and the issue with my boiler was diagnosed and fixed quickly and efficiently. All three were friendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

After many months of struggles with finding a trustworthy plumbing company /gas engineer to replace my old boiler, I eventually found Luna gas.
Ruben has been very understanding and supportive. He send me two wonderful individuals, Ollie and Adam who managed to replace my boiler in the most professional way. The job was challenging and they did it, the best way possible, finding smart solutions to avoid any unnecessary changes to my current setup and « structural layout ».
They put all the efforts to finish the job on time, and all of this with a smile!

Fantastic service from start to finish — well they still returning for a system power flush but still great service so far! Reuben and his team provided a genuinely personalised experience when installing our new combi boiler, working quickly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. What really impressed us was their dedication: when a pipe started leaking, they sent an out-of-hours engineer who arrived promptly, fixed the issue, and made sure we had heating over the weekend. The installation is spotless, the boiler is running perfectly, and their customer care has been excellent throughout. Highly recommend!

Ruben's engineer Oliver came yesterday to service the boiler. He was prompt, efficient and friendly. He left the heating system working much better than it has been for ages. I will certainly go to Luna Gas again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Oliver certainly knew what he was doing with the system.

Ruben's team is amazing in helping us maintaine the boiler! We used to use BG's insurance provider, two years ago they identified a hole in the steam box therefore shut down my boilder a couple of days before Christmas and asked us to replace it, saying the boiler is too old and the component can't be found. Luckily we found Luna Gas somehow and they sent a team member in 2 days and told us that although we can't find the same component marked as BG, it is exactly the same as the other big brand, therefore the steam box from the big band can be used on my old BG boilder. This was ordered and replaced in 3 days and my Christmas is back! Since then, Luna Gas has been doing annual service of my boiler and it has been working all fine since then! Really great service and will recommendate its service to the others.
