The hair is not at all as pictured or described. Hassle to try return, they ask for pictured measurements etc and offered $18 which is pointless. The hair feels and looks synthetic, would not recommend .

Buyer Beware, They're Deceiving Us into Buying Fake Hair!
Do not buy their fake synthetic, threaded, processed, chemically treated bundles. This is not real hair and I have wasted $323.97 on 2 orders. This should be illegal! I hate being deceived like this. It is so hard to find real colored hair bundles out here. I can't even curl this hair and it's a hot synthetic frizzy mess! I am so mad because I was so excited over nothing, my hair appt was rescheduled twice because of my stylist. Now the bundles were sewn in (10/12/25) and this looks awful! A frizzy nightmare! I'm using my slick stick for now, but I hate feeling robbed like this. They should be shutdown or not allowed to conduct business with the U.S.
I paid $258.31 and $65.66 including shipping protection for both orders:

BEWARE do not buy if you're looking for human hair
Delivery was way too long. But the hair is nice. Not Remy but ok. it did not smell but it also is not soft. I had to add a little oil to give it a little life. The color is not #4 brown it is more like a #33 auburn. The lengths seemed smaller than advertised. I will update in a month after I see how it wears.
UPDATE : I had to pull it into a ponytail after week 2 because it keeps matting up like a sheeps butt. I now have to go to the local store to get the real human hair. Never will I buy from here again. BEWARE.

1. Delivery took forever, it’s from China.
2. Wig smelled bad
3. The hair density was too low, I might as well glue one string of hair to my head.
4. Customer service was UNRESPONSIVE when I inquired for a return multiple times.
