New customer
It has taken me ages to find a centre light for my lounge, eventually I chose a phoenix ceiling pendant. The standard delivery was very quick within 3 days. However when I opened the parcel I had someone else's order. I telephoned LumaLighting immediately, this was sorted without any hassle, lots of apologies and the correct order arrived the very next day at a time of my choice.
The pendant looks great.
I would definitely recommend this company.

Good quality products at competitive prices and very well packaged. Excellent service. My delivery was a couple short of one item. A quick phone call to report this was dealt with very politely and the shortages were despatched immediately. This prompt resolution of a problem demonstrates a strong commitment to customer service including aftersales.

I placed an order for 23 down light fire hoods. I was notified by email when the order was received and notified again when my order was dispatched. the order only took a couple of days to arrive. A faultless service and I would definitely use this company again.
