Two items were missing out of an order placed with this company. Numerous attempts have been made through their customer service email but to no resolution. Based on lack of response and a loss of money for items never received, I would carefully consider before placing an order.
don’t buy from them! you’ll never get anything and they wont ever answer your emails or dm’s. pathetic people.
I can not get the company to send me the information on how to return an item. I ordered a size 4T and they sent me a 7T after a month and half wait !!! I should not have to pay return shipping since it is their mistake. They will not answer me on where to send the dress back...I need an address. Also sales@lulurobin is not an actual address !!!
Same as others - they have changed their name from "Mini Taylor" to "Lulu Robin now" (Aka Bebe Hannah). They also go by the guise "Taylors Kids".
I have ordered from them in the past twice and had no issue. But I placed my current order over 1.5 months ago and have heard nothing. They fail to respond to emails and there is no contact number.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!! You have been warned!
