AVOID THIS COMPANY
I bought a watch from their site on Etsy back in September. The watch never arrived and I contacted the seller to complain. After months of exchanging messages and showing them the screenshot of the tracked parcel stating that the item was 'available for redelivery' they eventually offered me a refund. Unfortunately the refund never arrived and they disappeared from Etsy (suspicious). Very disappointed in this transaction as I've paid 60 euros to waste my time sending messages back and forth.

The watch is very classy and well made it is eyecatching and looks as good in a formal or business environment. Great value too, very happy with it and would recommend it 100%.

I have Ordered Watch for my Father. The Watch is Arravied with in 6 Days. Design & Looks is Amazing. I highly Recommend Luksoz London.

I bought the Petite Bora from Luksoz 2 months ago and have never looked back. The timepiece is incredible, it’s 36mm gold dial fits perfectly on my wrist and the leather strap is extremely comfortable. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

I bought a watch from Luksoz London when I came across their Instagram page. My first impressions of the company is that the customer service is very well, I had many questions that I asked, the replies were quick and my questions were answered. In regards about the quality of the watch itself, what can be said apart from it being built very well. The customisable straps come in handy for different occasions. Overall I’m very satisfied with the watch as it’s exactly what I’m looking for, good price, simplicity and elegance. Thank you very much Luksoz.
