Sarah - Amazing Luff Ambassador
I met Sarah, the Luff Sales Rep in the Manchester Costco store.
Her knowledge of all the Luff products was outstanding and her approach and professional manner equally second to none.
I bought some of the organic silk on her recommendation - it's fabulous. I'll never sleep with another material on my bed again! So gentle and kind to my skin and hair.
Thank you Sarah!

Bought some of the Organic Bamboo Silk pillowcases from the Luff Sales person in Derby Costco.
Wasn't sure at first how they would compare to Mulberry silk.
They did not disappoint, they are much less slippy and far more cooling! Much needed right now.

I used to think a pillow is just a pillow, how wrong was I. I bought my Luff Prestige pillow about 3 months ago and felt I had to write a review as it’s worth shouting about. This pillow goes everywhere with me. As well as a pillow I bought silverlined pillowcases. They wash brilliantly, stay clean for much longer and keep me cool.

Great pillow, exceptional service.
I ordered the luxury bamboo pillow but unfortunately found it too firm as a side and front sleeper. Ceri in Customer Service suggested the honeycomb pillow and arranged an exchange at no extra cost. This has suited me much better. I am sleeping better and not waking with an aching neck or shoulders. My husband is a side sleeper and has now also ordered one. I would recommend Luff to anyone for the pillows and their exceptional customer service.
