I ordered my bed while in the chester costco with Laura she was incredible helpful in getting exactly what I wanted. The beds are also incredible comfortable and made to your specs. And the office staff are also very helpful and will hold your delivery while I was in the process of moving house. I would definitely recommend luff.

Our experience with Luff
We met your lovely agent Sarah at the stand in April in Manchester. She was most helpful and showed great knowledge of the products. She was able to answer all our questions and was very helpful and showed great understanding of our needs.
We bought several pillows and a mattress topper and have found they have lived up to all expections Sarah described.

OMFG the HoneyComb pillow
OMFG the HoneyComb pillow. Literally changed my entire life. Laura. What an absolute legend for explaining me precisely why this pillow was for me. I also own the Mayfair pillow which also features the cooling pad (very effective for your back on a hot day I use it on our sofa) - but long story short; I was only getting job done for the rims of our car, so toddled myself into the shop (no regrets) and want to say once again. THANKS EVER SO MUCH LAURA. If you ever see this woman please lay on the bed with her. Let her show you her collection.
