Is it bedtime yet?
Decided to spoil myself and get a Luff Prestige pillow. Really pleased I did! It is super soft and super easy to adjust the height for my side sleeping. Will also be easy to wash the outside cover down the track too. Wish I bought it sooner tbh! (is it bedtime yet?!)

The best pillows I’ve ever used
I now have multiple Luff products and they are all excellent quality. My favourite has to be their pillows - we have two of the cooling type and they get fought over in our household! I won’t sleep on any other pillow now, and I have actually taken my pillow on nights away because other pillows don’t compare. I will be back for more!

Luff products are top notch!
I luff Luff, their customer service is unmatched - the founder even called me personally to ask me how I was liking my Silverlining bedding (which is fantastic! it's super soft, very comfy, and breathable). I also got the Prestige Adjustable Height pillow with removable memory foam filling and it's the best because I can adjust it to my height, sleeping position, and feel.

We have recently bought a mattress, pillows and pillow cases from Luff. The quality of the products are excellent and service and customer care from

Good pillow maybe a little steep for the benefits seen
The bamboo honeycomb pillow was purchased along with a bamboo pillow case in hope it would help keep me cooler over these hot days as an asthmatic with eczema temperature regulation is key. The pillow is very comfortable but sadly I have not noticed any difference to that of my previous pillow which was significantly cheaper. Overall the pillow is good but for the money I cannot see any extra benefits for the price.

I’ve bought so many pillows over the…
I’ve bought so many pillows over the past few years, from various stores/ suppliers, but still could not find ‘the one’, to help me sleep well. But then I was advised by a colleague to try pillows from Luff. I’ve been using them now for a few weeks and can honestly say I have never slept so well. Poor Quality mattress topper covers
I purchased a mattress topper and the first one the cover was damaged so I had to wait for over 7 months to get a replacement and now the cover the zip is broken it’s very poor quality for the price these cost I am more than disappointed as this is the second cover !

This is my first week with the company, but I have reviewed the previous correspondence and can see that, following the original issue, we provided a 30% partial refund, sent complimentary fitted sheets and pillowcases, and arranged a replacement cover for your topper.
That said, I completely understand your disappointment that you have now encountered a further problem with the replacement cover. This is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have.
We would like to resolve this for you and can arrange another replacement cover. Please email us at hello@luffsleep.co.uk confirming your order details and current delivery address, and we will review everything and organise this as quickly as possible.

Beware returns policy
Luff really should stop hassling unhappy customers for reviews good or bad. I've done several already so shall amalgamate into one.
I bought bamboo bedding after reading newspaper reviews band with the encouragement of 100-day trial. I started with two silk bamboo bedding sets and two silver lining fitted sheets.
I was soon on trust pilot complaining at the amount of non-recyclable plastic being used. Luff said this was demanded by one of her sellers.
Having laundered the sheets I soon realised how badly bamboo creases. While this doesn't matter so much on a fitted sheet it doesn't look great on pillowcases and duvets particularly when you can't iron them on hot. Clearly this was going to be a high maintenance product.
I didn't really feel the benefits other people feel so decided that I would return the unopened bedding set. Having tried a bamboo cotton mixture I have decided to return the used bedding set as well but keep the sheets.
Luff's daily sleep sanctuary email suggested that perhaps a pillow was the solution so once again bolstered by 100 day trial I decided to buy two. Being responsible I only opened one and struggled greatly over a number of nights to actually get it comfortable enough to sleep on let alone to wake up happy as it promised. By the time I did I'd removed so much of the stuffing I don't think it was giving any cooling benefit. Whilst the duvet cover seems to have two little structure I feel that the pillow cases have too much structure making them more difficult to get comfortable.
Only when I decided to contact Luff to arrange the return of items did I discover that return postage was not included. Although I can see that it does not say free returns it also does not say return posted at senders expense. I suggested that Luff make their website clearer and requested that they raise a complaint on that issue. They did send me part of their terms and conditions which no doubt everybody else reads in detail before making any purchases. They haven't responded to my request of a complaint. I expected a hundred day trial to be risk-free it's up to you to decide what you expect. I certainly would not have purchased the pillows had I known.
I have noted Luff's response and quote their returns policy below all they needed to do is say returns are at your expense. Saying we expect you to return the item is not clear. They have had some time to make this change but failed to do so. I have now raised a formal complaint to see if this prompts them to make the simple but necessary changes to their website.
Luff returns policy:
"We’re sure you’ll love everything with the Luff name on it but if, for whatever reason, you don’t get on with your purchase our friendly customer service will help you out, since most problems can be solved with a couple of simple tips. If you want to send it back just contact our customer service team within the 100-night trial period and we’ll give you the green light to return it for any reason.
Full refund
We know buying products online that you would usually feel in real life first can be scary. So not only have we made it easy to buy we also guarantee you’ll get your money back as soon as possible, if you decide what you bought isn't quite the right fit. We refund the full amount you paid, there’s no fees deducted for products that aren’t resellable or our delivery costs to you. The only thing we ask is that you send the product back to us and as soon as it is received we will issue a full refund"
