Luff Recensioni

Great quality, fast delivery time! I have tried Silk Pillowcases before but didn't seem to help much with my hair. The Bamboo Silk is much better and very comfortable! Frizz free in the morning!

Bought Luff’s most expensive Signature Adjustable Pillow expecting it to be a premium product, but I’m extremely disappointed. I was specifically told by their staff that this pillow would be very suitable for me, especially for some people suffering neck pain. However, no matter how I adjusted the pillow, I still found it uncomfortable to sleep on and continued waking up with a stiff and painful neck.

What disappointed me most was the filling. The so-called memory foam inside looked and felt like a mixture of small foam offcuts rather than the premium filling I expected at this price point.

I tried adjusting the height and filling in different ways, but unfortunately I could not find any setting that made it comfortable or supportive for me. For their most expensive “Signature” pillow, I expected much better quality and comfort. In my experience, it performed worse than some much cheaper supermarket pillows I’ve used before. Definitely not worth the price.

For a pillow that was personally recommended to me, the result was particularly disappointing.⭐️

Brilliant nights sleep very comfortable

My partner and I bought Luff bedding and pillows and now refuse to buy anything else. The bedding feels very luxurious, it’s so so soft! Highly recommend

Very pleased with my custom-made mattress from Loft. The firmness is exactly what I wanted—between firm and extra hard, and it’s very comfortable.

Special thanks to Ceri from Customer Service for his excellent help throughout the process. Great service and delivery. Overall, very satisfied. 👍🏾

I’ve had my Luff mattress for over 12 months now and to add the bedding it’s amazing so soft but keeps you cool. The quality is next level and I look forward even more to bedtime.

Incredibly disappointing. I read the reviews by people who had purchased, paid attention to the claims the company made about the effectiveness of the product. However, it hasn’t been a positive experience for me. The pillow is beautifully made and the fabric is very soft. I looked forward to using it as I can’t remember the last time I didn’t wake up in pain during the night. I’m a week into using it and sadly it hasn’t worked for me. I’m still waking up in pain. It’s very expensive to be using as an ordinary pillow.

Bought the Luff Sleep Grey King Duvet Set and Grey King Fitted Sheet at Milton Keynes Costco today. The quality and fabric feel very soft and comfortable.

Special thanks to Sambina, the promoter, who was very patient and took the time to explain the materials. Great service and a lovely shopping experience🩷🫶🏻😍

The product is extremely soft and exceptionally luxurious, unfortunately some of the stiching came apart I contacted them and they are sending a replacement

From ordering to receiving my mattress topper everything went smoothly and I’m delighted with the quality and comfort of it. The only slight issue was the elasticated corners on the topper are too shallow to fit my deep mattress so I wasn’t able to secure it as it’s designed to be secured. So far it doesn’t seem to move around so hopefully that will not cause any problems in the future. I would highly recommend Luff I really like

Their customer service is outstanding, it’s such a relief to be able to contact and speak with a human being instead of a bot or online chat only, Ceri in their customer service was consistently friendly and helpful going above and well beyond their opening hours to keep me informed and sort out an unfortunate series of issues that their delivery partners had caused prior to delivery.

Very good to sleep on, deducted a star for the finishing of the mattress, The mattress cover is loose and the extra material shows through the bed sheets.

5 stars. The service is second to none. The product is brilliant. We bought bed and mattress.

Bought a bamboo topper for my firm mattress, now very comfortable.

Beautifully soft and silky sheets. Looking to get a second set. Brilliant idea of having long and short side labels.

Very nice, thank you!

Janex was very helpful in buying the mattress king size great company very good I would highly recommend this company plus Janex was very nice and good at explaining about the mattress and also in life there’s two things we should have good that’s a mattress and shoes because we spend have our life’s in them would highly suggest this company 10/10

Easy website to use. Theyquickly dispatched my order that was well packaged. Cant comment on the item as it was a gift but I would use this company again if the need arises.

The pillowcases have a beautiful feel to them, so soft and smooth. I am sleeping well and my long hair is definitely not so messed up in the mornings. Love my pillowcases and can easily recommend them.

The cooling pillow is too hard and doesn’t seem to have any cooling effect
