Can’t believe they work so early just to service us even at such an early hour in the morning they are so polite and comforting

I cannot be grateful enough to Lucky Seven Taxis for their incredible service. I have used them for many different journeys, including my daily commutes to work at TK Maxx, trips to the local church, and the regular school runs.Traveling with 3 young children can often be incredibly stressful, but the drivers at Lucky Seven make it so much easier. Every single driver we’ve had has been amazingly kind, polite, and exceptionally patient with my kids. They always greet us with a smile and make sure we are safely buckled in without ever making us feel rushed.Booking through their app is seamless and the cars are always clean and spacious enough for the whole family. It is such a relief to have a taxi company in Stoke that you can truly trust with your children's safety.Thank you, Lucky Seven, for always being so family-friendly and reliable. if i could rate 0 stars i would i left my phone in the taxi which obviously my fault i called up the head office and told them my phone was in the taxi the operator called the driver and denied having my phone in said taxi so i had to go through the police to get it back do not book lucky seven taxis please

I’ve been using lucky 7 for a few months now after a few bad experiences with another “highly regarded “ company. I honestly wish I’d started using them earlier. I find lucky 7 cheaper but more importantly I’ve not been let down once. Wait times are short and the drivers are courteous and friendly. Highly recommended.

Some of ther drivers have very bad temper.It's not nice when they bail out on you like WHAT ARE YOU GONNA DO.This guy came this morning to pick my kids and I got the message that the driver is here.I came outside and he's not there and I called,only for him to be cutting off my call.I came outside and saw a car down the road turn and left.When i called the company back my order was cancelled. Does that make sense?He didn't call,he just left.This is someone who is supposed to take my kids to school
