Lucky Seven Private Hire Recensioni

The staff are always lovely and always will make i feel welcome and give u peace, there so funny on a night out but i feel bad for them tbh 😂 the price of taxis are very fair and using the app is very applicable

The most cheap taxi in stoke on trent, good car and experience driver.

This is by far the fastest ride provider i have used in the Uk. There drivers are efficient and friendly.

Good taxi company friendly people

Very good service never have to wait to long like the added feature of the points that are redeemable which gives a reward for using card

One of the fastest and affordable transportation systems in stoke on Trent. Can’t use any other one apart from lucky seven

Alright taxi 🚕

You get a quick response when you book through the app

Nice drivers polite service and very quick to pick up up witch is very good and clean cars witch is good

If I could give 0 stars I would, unfortunately I have to give 1 star to leave a review. Driver was extremely aggressive and angry
Demanding money as soon as we started moving . I offered to pay by card but he refused and demanded cash. I explained that I didn't have cash upon which he stated that he was very angry and he was going to take us to Where he lived and leave us there. In the end we just went back to the hotel (after driving us on a magical mystery tour around half of Stoke) to give him his cash and just walked to where we wanted to go anyway. I don't even think this guy was actually a taxi driver, probably just someone's mate they sent to do the job for them. Oh, I should also mention that while getting the money he refused to let my friend leave the car, that was nice of him wasn't it. Overall I will never use this service again and highly recommend you don't either, unless of course you enjoy being shouted and screamed at , threatened, have your friends held hostage and not even taken to where you wanted to go..

I always book taxis through Lucky Seven. You always know that you are getting the best price. This time we pre-booked from an event and they turned up in time even though the roads were busy. The app booking made it easy and we did 3 stops.

Absolutely appalling and completely unacceptable behaviour from the taxi driver. He made extremely personal and cruel comments about my 19 year old sister’s weight and her family

It was reported the same day, she was told someone would ring her 3 weeks later no contact

I hope her doesn’t have daughters himself !

Wonderful and very reliable taxi

Great Service. Reliable And Trusted Service All Round

Ever since discovering Lucky Seven, my movements became easier, no longer waiting time, very affordable , and lastly the drivers are so friendly

Won’t use any other taxi service. Always use these after work every day, polite drivers and brilliant prices. Thank you!!
