I was very happy with my onesie. I had ordered a Mike Wazowski costume about 2 weeks before Halloween. I was originally skeptical because of some of the reviews here and since there was an initial issue processing my order (might have been on my end though). Lucky Onesie reached out the next day and asked for my size costume and date in which I would like it by, and they even delivered a few days earlier than I had said :) . The costume was very comfortable and lived up to my expectations. I can't speak for everyone here but my experience with the company was very good.

Ordered a onsie for my daughter. Upon arrival, I Immediately noticed a hole in the seam on the shoulder. The item was cute, bright colors and sift material. Thinner than expected, but not bad. If this could get replaced I’d be perfectly happy. So I mailed them with my order number and details. I sent a photo and asked how to replace it.
Their response was “ This is just ordinary fried thread, you can sew it with a needle and thread!”
No apology, no concern for their customer’s inconvenience, just fix it yourself.

I wrote a rather lengthy response and told them how that it was a terrible way to treat customers. I will follow up if I get a reply. But i doubt I bother with them again. My money spends everywhere equally.
Shipping for one item is $12 Not exactly cheap.

There are other options. I highly recommend you look elsewhere or just sew one together yourself. They don’t care.

Total scammers! False advertisement. sent extremely cheap damaged item and told me to "fix it and use it"
I also start getting way too many scam emails since i ordered from them. They are asking buyer to ship back damaged item in "perfect" condition. how can it trust them to refund me even if mail it back? it was a Halloween costume and was not usable!

This company is a joke. Sent me the wrong size, and I asked for the correct one to be sent in time and then I would return the wrong one. Then they went back and forth over and over offering me random things. Instead of what their website clearly states they offer in the way of return or exchange policy. One time, they said "we give you $6 back" (It was $35, plus $17 in shipping, so $52 total. I did not expect shipping cost to be refunded. But $6?? Like they were bargaining with me) Another time "I am sure it will fit, it is just baggy." This was for my 11 year old and the one they sent would be huge on my husband. VERY poor customer service. I do not recommend ordering anything from them.

I would give no star rating if it was possible. Waited over a month for the product ordered, was never received. Contacted the company and they are telling me that it was delivered and that they will not return my money. They told me to check in my front yard and ask my neighbors even after I told him I reviewed my security camera footage, and the product was never delivered.

Bad experience. Bad client service.
Onesie arrived 10 days after it was supposed to in a pick-up location miles away from my place when I ordered delivery at home.

Ordered a few weeks before Halloween after reading reviews and decided “why not” even though there is A LOT of negative reviews. Half of our order was correct, but they sent the wrong character for the other. Not the biggest deal, but I ordered a specific character so I expected to get my whole order fulfilled correctly. I contacted them and they literally told me, “Can’t you use this one? It’s also high quality.” Which…ok, but it’s not what I ordered. Then they told me they would give me a discount on my next order (you can’t even get this one right, why would I order again?) and a whopping $3 USD refund! My order was $93. $93 with $25 shipping. That was the biggest joke. I replied and they gave me the “final” offer of $10 “maximum” refund for not fulfilling my order correctly and basically telling me I was SOL on that. I will NEVER order from them again bc they’re clearly worthless in the customer service department and only care about taking your money.

I placed my order on Saturday 10/8, and selected the 5-7 business days shipping to make sure I've received my order well before Friday 10/21 for an event for my daughter. Still no order, so Wednesday night, 10/19 I started reaching out to them via email. The first couple responses were how to track my order, even though I knew how to track it. Still nothing, so I sent follow up email from Thu 10/20 - Mon 10/24. Finally received my order Monday night 10/24, way after the event for which I made the purchase for.

If you order ensure you pay with PayPal as you can get your money back. I ordered two Halloween themed onesies for my two daughters one size small one medium. We received size medium and large way oversized. I placed my order on 27 Sep 2022 with 7-10 business day shipping. I inquired on 18 Oct and received a response saying don’t worry we will send the tracking number on 19 Oct. I reached out again on 23 Oct and told them I was opening a case with PayPal. I received an email with tracking number showing the ship date as 10 Oct with eta of 27 Oct. I sent screenshots to PayPal and expect a refund by 10 Nov even though items incorrect size arrived. The material isn’t bad and quality is decent but I will not order again. I knew before purchasing from others reviews and why not give it a shot if you have the time and energy to get free stuff from a crappy Chinese company.

I ordered a onesie for a Halloween costume weeks in advance of Halloween. Customer service assured me they were expediting my shipping. Here we are a few days out and the package hasn’t even made it to the US yet. Was supposed to be part of a group costume theme, so extremely disappointed.

I ordered a baby onesie beginning of October for halloween. Shipping said 7-10 days. That’s the only reason I ordered. Today is October 27th and I’m not supposed to get my product for another 11 days so now I’m having to scramble to find a different outfit and having to spend more money. I won’t be ordering from here again and I’ll advise no one else does. $12 shipping only for it to be late. I know it sounds ridiculous to be mad about shipping but when I’m under the impression I’ll get it before I need it and now I’m not? Very frustrating. Update your website to at least say “shipping may vary”.

They sent me the wrong order and I nearly paid $50 for it and when I asked for a return / Refund they essentially laughed at me and offered $5 as compensation

It's a Chinese company. I didn't get order confirmation email. Had to ask them. Also you got to ask for tracking number yourself. They are shipping out from China via plane. But it's pretty fast. I would allocate 10-15 days until you actually receive it. Not good idea if ordering last minute for Halloween!

I'm not gonna lie. I was a little nervous buying these onesies from a Chinese company, but these onesies are ADORABLE! My friends and I got pokemon onesies for Halloween and they did not disappoint! They are super comfy and look just like the pictures.

I was looking for good a Sonic onesie to wear for Halloween but also to have in general. There was one I’ve wanted that everyone got off Amazon that no longer sold there but LuckyOnesie had it too. I checked here for reviews and it was very mixed but I tried my luck and I’m more than happy to say everything went perfect! It was sent out after a DAY of buying with tracking and I got it about a week and a half later. It is perfect and the exact thing I wanted. It’s super comfy and thick so it’ll last through the winter too.
I highly recommend buying from them!! It’s quick service!!

Scam company. I paid for 5-7 business day delivery. Package took 17 days. I was already out of town for event and did not need this product anymore. They offered a $13 refund. I paid $36 for shipping alone. PayPal will not refund as the product arrived. They don't care when it shipped or arrived. Company is in CHINA and wants me to pay to ship there with no reimbursement. Costs $72 through USPS. Avoid this seller!!!

I ordered the pikachu onesie as a costume for my son and I LOVE it! He looks so adorable and it's so cute and cozy. I'm not sure why so many poor reviews, they made me nervous awaiting on my item. It took about a week for my tracking number but then it arrived in just a couple days. If you're contemplating I say go for it!!

It ended up being on the slightly premium-cost side, and it look a while to get here (UK) with the requirement for international shipping, but I'm very happy with the product overall - the quality is definitely good.

I bought a onesie for my friend's birthday and had some seconds thoughts about it because of the reviews I saw + I began to wonder if the site was a scam. I emailed their customer services after about a week and a half regarding the purchase and they responded within a couple hours. sent me a tracking number and that my onesie had been delivered the day I sent the email. only issue was the USPS had sent it to the wrong address but that was resolved fairly quickly. Onesie looks great, my friend loved it. Response time from the customer service was fast. Hope it can be the same for everyone else!

They straight up just stole my money

that's it, paid by credit card...never received the product. and they don't answer emails, ever.
