First, the boots I purchased were beautiful! Well constructed and quite comfortable! Secondly, the customer service was AWESOME; I had so many boots to select from that I inadvertently ordered the wrong pair… I sent a text the next day advising the representative that my intent was to order the Sahara Boot. She made the appropriate change; sent a link to pay difference in cost, and shipped my boots in record time! They arrived ahead of scheduled delivery just in time for my Christmas Trip. The boots are stylish, well made and comfortable… no break-in period needed…will be rewarding myself with a second pair!

These are beautiful boots. They are quite tight initially and definitely need to be broken in. After a couple of try ons, they get increasingly more comfortable.
