This product does break down food items a lot easier than normal detergents, especially warmed milk in a pot and it leaves the milk film stuck in the pot. Normal detergent soaking I still have to scrub it out, however lucent detergent sheets when soaked in the pot melts the milk grime away a lot easier.
As far the dishwasher goes as long as I stack my dishwasher properly and not have one bowl covering another all my mugs, glasses, plates, cutlery etc all come each peachy clean.
I use their laundry sheets and have never had a problem with these products. I use a front loader and dry my clothes on the line without fabric softner and find the clothes feel clean and fresh. If I do need to use the dryer then it’s still all good, no terrible smell or anything.
I’m pretty pedantic with doing laundry regularly though, I don’t leave days of laundry waiting to be washed and I don’t overloaded my washing machine or my dishwasher. I rinse all of plates and mugs prior to loading, I do look after my machines and make sure the filters are cleaned regularly. Maybe once every 3 months I will put a dishwasher cleaner through my machine as well which I feel makes a huge difference to the whole outcome of washing dishes and clothes etc.
I’m a very happy customer and been using their products for over 2 years now.

Efficient and quick response

I loved a lot of things about the product. The main thing I was disappointed by was the artificial fragrance. It was very strong and gave me a headache

Was gifted these by my mum who couldn’t get them to work. I truly don’t know how they are still getting sales on these. I really wanted to love them so have tried MANY times to make it work but each time results in me having to wash the same dishes multiple times.

Dishes somehow come out smelling worse than they did when they went in, even though they’re rinsed. Glass, metal and plastic are completely stained. For the first time ever our Dishwasher was leaking foam all over the floor. I’ve experimented with different dosages and placements other than what’s suggested in the instructions - we also have a top of the range dishwasher.

These are just trash but my god do they have a great marketing and positive review scheme.

My experience has been very positive because Lucent Globe products are easy to use, and environmentally friendly. I love that they are trying to always improve their sustainable packaging and convenient cleaning sheets. Products generally perform well for everyday use. Prompt delivery and customer service was exceptional.

Absolutely love these products!! Work just as great as all the other prudcts I have used but I feel these are cleaner, less toxic, and less plastic. All a bonus!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE these! Strawberries and cream are my favourite! I have about 10 boxes in stock atm in my laundry 😂aswell as some pina colada! Would love a tropical sangria one 🙌🏻 and I have about 5 boxes of the dishwasher sheets 👍

Product was so heavily scented. I couldn’t even bring it into my home. Tried to return. I have to ship back at my own cost after paying $32 of duty to bring it into my country as well as paying for it. There is no other option for return other than investing more money. This product is unacceptable and toxic in smell.

Great customer service, particularly from Mel, when my order was delivered to the wrong address.
I contacted Aramex - the delivery service with photos of my front entry (where the parcel was supposed to be delivered) and this did not match the photo of the front door where it was delivered.
I still haven't heard back from Aramex.
I notified Lucent Globe of the failed delivery, and they offered a refund or to resend my order at no cost straight away. Fast efficient service from Mel, quick replies to solve the problem.

I have just received my first parcel from these guys and I cannot wait to have the whole house cleaned with natural and “clean” products. These laundry sheets work really well, leaving the clothes with a clean scent and have minimal waste. just pull a sheet out and pop it into the laundry. Stella was a gem and helped me through the entire ordering process. I would def purchase these in the future.
