I love Lucent Globe products because they are amazing value but more importantly are good for the environment. Dispatch is always very quick. They often have great deals so their customers can save even more money. The laundry and conditioner sheets are great for travelling as they are light weight but still ensure our clothes are clean. The fact that Lucent Globe is an Aussie company is a bonus! 💚💛💚💛💚

Love the product. So convenient and consistent deliver means it’s one less thing I have to think about. Had some minor issues with humidity affecting my open box but it was extraordinary circumstances. (3weeks of constant rain and flooding) No issues since then.

I was messaged on my phone that my parcel had been safely delivered last Wednesday, 3 Dec 2025. I have looked in every conceivable spot for the package and failed to find it.

I’m enjoying using an array of products. I’ve been using the laundry sheets, toilet cleaner sheets, handwash sheets, floor cleaning sheets and the dishwashing sheets. I love that they are environmentally friendly - both the packaging and the ingredients. We did have trouble using the dishwashing sheets in the dishwasher- our dishwasher found all the bubbles overwhelming and overheated. So we just use them now when we wash by hand. One thing I’d like to see change though is the use of SLS in the products to get it even more non toxic for us and the environment. Also I find the hand wash dries out my skin a bit.

I'm really impressed with how well these sheets clean. I especially like the multi-purpose cleaner, the glass cleaner and the toilet cleaner. I feel able now to do away with most, if not all, of my previous cleaning products. It's months since I used laundry pods, and my washed clothes smell lovely!

Customer service lets you down.
Your products are great and my intention was to include a bulk buy of 12 month washing machine and dishwashing every yr and not have to think about it, however my last purchase was an absolute disappointment and filled me with frustration, being responded to by only bots or people who could care less and waiting MONTHS for my order and no real follow up. I will be looking else where.

Update -1 week since lucent globes below reply, i provided my details and order number.... zero follow through...no further contact

I had to pay 8.85 in shipping to get my package from the post office. I thought i paid for the shipping already!

The Lucent products are great. I get every flavour in the laundry sheets! It also encourages my daughter to put on the washing as she gets too choose Pomegranate, or Cherry, or Strawberry. Absolutely love the floor mop too - for small floors it means no more mop and bucket. Brilliant invention. Very handy.

After nearly a month and a half, as well as perhaps a dozen email exchanges, I STILL don't have the product I ordered and paid for!

For anyone hesitant about moving from a big plastic jug of messy liquid that we’ve used forever to wash our clothes I will just say this product is a game changer. Do not look any further for a great product that’s good for the planet and it’s easy to use and totally reliable. Plus it takes up less space in your laundry room love it.

I’ve used Lucent Globe laundry sheets for a couple of years now. They are flawless! Every wash is perfect. Smells great, stains gone and feels comfortable. My husband has skin issues and he’s never had a reaction. Would highly recommend and if you get a subscription you never have to think about buying laundry detergent ever again. Also wonderful to know that they are eco friendly!
