One of the tops I received has a frayed collar and the other top has black marks on it. They are poor quality and I wantedto return the items. I have emailed customer services a couple of times with pictures and my name and order number and haven't heard anything back from them so am unable to return the goods for a refund. I would not use this company again.

Extremely disappointing customer experience, or more accurately, a complete lack of customer service.

I paid for fast shipping, yet my order still hasn’t arrived. What is particularly concerning is the complete lack of communication from the company. I have tried contacting them multiple times through email, their contact form and the phone number provided on their website and I have received absolutely no response.

Update: Following my original review, the company has now contacted me regarding my order. They have advised that the original parcel appears to have been lost with Royal Mail and have offered a 20% goodwill refund as well as sending out a replacement.

I appreciate that they have now responded and offered a resolution, so I have updated my rating accordingly.

At this stage, however, the matter is still ongoing, as I am waiting for confirmation that the replacement has been dispatched and for the 20% refund to be processed.

I will update my review again once the matter has been fully resolved.

Pleasure to deal with

Haven’t received any of my items so clearly very slow delivery, very disappointed.

When the top arrived it had a biro stain on the front and other marks on it. Tried to contact them to return via several different methods and no response.
Update - after leaving this review, the company contacted me and issued me a full refund and didnt require the faulty item returned.

Company got in touch after late order, sent out straight away and received within two days. Clothes really good quality , really pleased with with items.

Great zip neck jumper ,my son likes them and happy to wear them to 6th form . They feel so nice and quality .

XL is more like a L in uk. So the shirts didn't fit.

Was asked for a review before they arrived and when I explained this situation and asked where the items were and could someone check and get back to me I was ignored so not a great experience.
I would have given a 1 star but the recipient liked the clothes.?

Delivery issues with order and had to cancel. Customer service was responsive and actioned a refund quickly. Rating is based on customer service responsiveness and not products as these were cancelled.

I placed Order #1256 on September 3rd for three medium-sized items: a navy zip neck jumper, a black muscle fit t-shirt, and a white muscle fit t-shirt. The package arrived on September 9th, but instead of my actual order, they sent me a single, cheap large t-shirt that I didn't even ask for. I have reached out via email and chat to get this fixed, and they have completely ghosted me for nearly a week. Ucca Menswear took my money, botched the order entirely, and refuses to provide any customer support. Avoid this company at all costs.

Ordered Days ago, have tried to contact them via online chat, emails, Facebook no reply back. Nothing has arrived and no sign of it arriving. Extremely disappointing.

I received the incorrect items, however customer support was excellent and I was refunded quickly. Despite the mixup, the items received were good quality.
