Most honest company I’ve worked with!
We lost our air conditioning due to the motor in the furnace going out and the clamp breaking. We thought that was all that was wrong, but when my husband fixed those it still wasn’t working. My brother suggested someone he’d used before that was very honest, did a great job, and was really kind. His name is Dustin Palmer and he works for PureHome.
Not only did he fix the other stuff in the furnace that we didn’t know was wrong, but he fixed the thermostat because it was being weird.
Before he left he double checked to make sure the air was blowing cold. It wasn’t. He went and checked the central air unit outside. It turns out that a part on that needed to be fixed too. Luckily he had one in his truck and didn’t have to order one. He was able to fix it right away.
He let me tag along and watch and he explained stuff, so I learned stuff from him as well. Thank you, Dustin! We’ll definitely be having you fix any heating or cooling needs in the future.
