Had the pleasure of selling our old Skoda via Carwow to the team at LS Autos. Luke was in touch every step of the way, and Simon was a legend on the day of collection. Very friendly team, very honest, and made the whole process quick and happy. Very, very good team - thanks for the sale.

I put my car in for its annual MOT today and as usual LSL Team were very efficient, fast and did the job. Very pleased to pass for another year and I cannot fault LSL! Excellent customer service and glad to see that the company is doing so well. Keep up the good work and thank you!

Avoid! Wanted to charge me 10% discrepancy for using Bumper ( finance ) despite the fact their own website offers 0% finance! When confronted his answer was „ im not ready to lose 10%! Well if you are not ready don’t make any offers. As a customer I don’t care what’s yours arrangements with finance companies

Use this place a couple of times for my Aircon and always been good and polite to me

It's been 2months since I gave my Audi A8 for service, and I noticed it then but ignored it, I need to mention it now as it is a nasty scratch.
Who ever serviced my car must have a long nail and while working inside the car must have pierced his nail on the shifter.
All I can say is treat things like it's your own.

LSL have just changed the timing belt and oil and filter change on my Volvo V60.

I went to this shop to dignose my park assist issue and fix it. The guy have simply diagnosed the issue but provided no fix. He said that he will come back to me with a quote but it never happened. I called couple of time to them after that and i simply get one answer oh we will get back to you and then nothing happened. So frustated just paid for a diagnosis which other garage will not accept. Please avoid at any cost.

I’d like to say a massive thank you to Lee and his team for getting my car in for a MOT quickly and efficiently fixing the fault whilst keeping me updated with each stage and fitting me into their schedule .
I will be recommending to friends and family to visit this centre and the team.

Although the issue coundnt get resolved as its a common fault with honda and only honda service centre can handle it, I was very impressed with the way lsl auto looked at the issue and suggested the best solution.
They didnot even charge me for the work which was just amazing.

The guys at LSL are amazing! Great service, extremely friendly and helpful. We use them for repairs on our work vehicles and I take my personal vehicles to them too. I always recommend them to customers as well as family & friends. Can’t fault them at all, wouldn’t use any other garage😊

Awful customer care, spoke down on me was an angry and arrogant person doesn’t know how to deal with people, wouldn’t elaborate on the issue just wanted my money and me out the shop, sarcastic comments just disgusting behaviour never felt like that coming out of a garage before. Never come here I’ve wasted my money so you don’t have to!

My car had an AC serviced, after 2 days no more gas in the system. £85 out the window. Major ac gas leak wasn’t spotted on the service which i found unbelievable but never mind they are happy to remove my bumper for further £160 to investigate further. If they told me system not holding pressure and i will lose gas soon, it would have been a professional approach. Good luck with you ac service with them it is a shame it ended up this way.

To start with I telephoned and explained that I needed a new exhaust. I was told I would get a call back within 30 minutes. No call.
The following day I called at the Unit where a rather dis-interested man told me I had to make an appointment to have my exhaust looked at because they needed a vacant ramp. Fair enough.
I arrived on time and had to wait in the coldest waiting room I've ever been in and for 40 minutes!!
I was given a quote of £326 which I had to accept within 2 days because the parts could go up (to be fair they could go down and this would be adjusted at the time).
I felt that this was little expensive and went to another garage where I paid £255 for exactly the same things.
Overall not at all impressed although my son-in-law never seems to have problem.

Failed my car on its MOT and were saying over £200 cost to repair (on top of the £54 cost for the MOT). I took it to another garage for a second opinion and car passed with only £85 cost to repair, which included the cost of doing the MOT retest.

This was my first time using LSL and Lee out did himself by ensuring that I got my car done. He had to work extra late and from the time I spoke to him on the phone for the first time he was polite and helpful till my car was sorted

Arrived for MOT at 8.45 for 9am appointment after 45min journey. Waited till 9.20 when someone finally arrived. No apology just said stuck in traffic. Didn't seem to bothered so I got back in car and left, didn't want someone with such a poor attitude anywhere near my car.

Just had my vehicle MOT’d. Excellent service very efficient and professional, would definitely recommend these guys.
