I would recommend lowratecarfinance any time any day. The customer service was really great and the follow up to make sure their customers are satisfied and happy. I’m glad I choose lowratecarfinance.

I spoke to a nice man and he completed my application. All went well and I was accepted. Next day after signing agreement they called.me saying the underwriters had a problem with the van.
Okay I understand.. tried calling the person I delt with but never again did I speak to.him I was always directed to another person.
I was told.another lender was coming online but not until next week.
I must say this had nothing to do with my acceptance and score. I also asked them not to keep running hard searches.
Anyway 2 weeks went by still couldn't get a update apart from we cant acess the portal. No.phone call i had to.keep calling them alot.
Anyway cut a long story short, 3 weeks later got a message from person saying that lender cant do.it. (age of van).
Not a phone call or anything.
Pretty bad customer service.
Spoke to dealer 3 weeks after and he sorted fiance cheaper than them.
I feel bad leaving review like this but honestly terrible customer service.

Team was very helpful no matter when I rang if one of the guys was busy another always helped instead of just saying il get them to call you back. Dose not happen much anymore was many dealt with Dan and Will but made it nice and easy went over all my options and noting was to much bother.

I went to look at a new van last week and while I was there I managed to contact low rate finance ,which were very helpful and easy to deal with all completed and come away with my new van after a couple of hours .
I would recommend using as my experience was very easy .
