Not paying for the same debt twice not happening ....

Constantly keep sending me out letters email me all the time but since removed my email address asking me for my new email well that's never gonna happen chasing me for a debt with shop direct which is either Littleworths or very but unfortunately the debt was paid back in 2023 when my partner died from cancer so I paid my debts off I mean I owe nothing to anybody now they are trying to con me it to paying the same debt again anyway my accounts were closed down after receiving my final payments it was to late 2024 received a overpayment on both shop direct accounts giving me a cheque for under £2.00 each very laughable and the account was closed down so I can't understand how my debt had been passed on when payments were received and finalised , lowell must be trying to chase old debts not knowing they are no longer active scamming people of all ages for debts never owed pathetic when asked for proof they aint got non anyway if a debt is over 6 yrs they can't legally force you to pay

Under Lowell’s license they are…

Under Lowell’s license they are supposed to treat people fairly yet they harass you no end.

Despite asking them for proof of debt several times they have never provided it yet they continue to harass me.

They have also stolen my data and passed it on a clear breach of GDPR.

Unless you have a signed credit agreement you are liable for nothing they are just scammers hoping people will pay.

I have told them if they harass me again I will start charging them.

They have unlawfully put defaults on my credit file which I am getting removed.

So watch out, do your research and put the power in your hands

Police now involved

More threatening letters chasing a 9 year old talk talk debt I have nothing to do with.spoken over on the phone by someone stating they are a lawyer so breaking quite a few laws and reported to the relevant authorities.i now have a recording of this call and the lies told by your staff member.i have never admitted to any debt with talk talk and is statue barred as no ccj for this debt and you have not contacted the county court to get this extended.a quick check shows you are doing this a lot lately after buying up lots of debts.i have also lodged a complaint with Devon and Cornwall police for harassment and trying to obtain money by menace.

Horrible company

Horrible company. Fraudulent debt was sold to them. Lowell tried to badger me into paying for a debt I was not liable for. I have spent 6 months getting evidence to prove the Fraud. Eventually accepted by original company ( Vodafone) and now Lowell. No apology just a message saying they had investigated and found it was fraud ( no I did the investigation) . Do not engage with them make them prove you are liable. They are as big a con artist as the original fraudsters.

Badgering me for a debt settled through…

Badgering me for a debt settled through an iva. Received letters all through the process despite my management company contacting them and still chasing now I've paid it off. I've accepted that they probably won't stop and I'll ignore them but I still get a nasty jolt of anxiety every time I get a letter . Making a living by putting people through stress and doubt is low and takes a special kind of souless rat. This company seems to be full of them.

Ich bin von diesem Betrüger Verein…

Ich bin von diesem Betrüger Verein leider auch Opfer geworden. Ich hatte Probleme mit den Behörden und war in der JVA in welchen Zeitpunkt die mir haben ein Mahnbescheid oder auch mehrere haben zukommen lassen auf die ich ja logischer weise nicht reagieren konnte, an meiner Meldeadresse, ich den vorher auch schon mehrfach mitgeteilt habe das ich bei Zalando nix bestellt habe, bevor ich Probleme hatte mit den Behörden. Seit diesem Zeitpunkt werd ich auch von der Gerichtsvollzieherin belästigt und kommt mir ständig an das die ein Vollstreckbaren Titel hat. Ich glaub nicht das sowas rechtens ist wenn man keine Möglichkeit hat auf gelbe Briefe zu reagieren. Durch diesen Verein hab ich eine Kontopfändung bekommen wegen den gelben Brief, die unbegründet ist da ich keine Bestellung getätigt habe.

Keep contacting me for a person unknown…

Keep contacting me for a person unknown to me but my number is listed ive blocked numbers and texts as they shouldn't have my number so maybe someone messed up either signing up or signing someone up ive tried to report it nothings been done ive resorted to clocking calls and texts for peace
And emailing telling me you've reached out in dm when I have received no communication what email address are you using

Beschwerde Wartezeiten Hotline

Wenn man anruft und knapp 1,5 STUNDEN in der Warteschleife steckt ist das echt Wahnsinn und eine Frechheit!
Innerhalb der Sprechzeiten!
Ich bin wircklich extrem verärgert! Die sinnlose Warterei,diese Zeit hätte ich sinnvoller nützen können als am Handy zu warten und passen.

1 Stern ist noch zu viel- weniger geht leider nicht!
Bin gespannt wie lange man auf eine Rückmeldung per Mail wartet!!

Lowell company from Hell

Lowell is a company from hell. You would think they are based in Africa or another third world county but no. They are based in the so called first world country and they are allowed to be scrupulous towards the most vulnerable families. I recently received an interim charge notice against my property over a credit card which was owned by a Ltd company and how did they get away with this. It’s shocking and ridiculous. I am going to fight this case tooth and nail. When you ring their number no one picks up or you are number 40 or 50 in the queue which shows you that they go round the country looking to buy these debts for £1 and make millions out of this debts. Trust me it’s high time to expose them. Don’t know how they are registered with the financial conduct authorities. Honestly don’t know. If you notice I have had reviews with them since 2022 if not before then

Phoned up to resolve a dept they don't want to know asking me to confirm my address and my date of birth don't you understand about DATA PROTECTION
I would of thought just my reference number would be enough but no

DATA PROTECTION BREACH

Especially when we cant garentee a third party isn't listening in to the conversation

So they tell me i owe them money when I don't I have no contract with them whatsoever I'm a very ill man with life long lung disease.i have ask them to send me the contract I have with them and they can't because there isn't one.i have told them to take me to court but they won't.my solicitors are going to apply for a restraining order at the end of the month because they won't get a penny out of a dying man.plus I'm moving to Spain next month because of my health issues. So good luck with getting any money out of me.im just glad they don't have my phone number or address as at the moment I'm living in a sort of hospital anyway anyway ill say it on here for everyone to see if you think I owe you money then take me to court or just leave me along to live the rest of my life the best way possible. I don't and never have had a contract with you.

Don't DM me I'm not interested in anything you have to say my solicitor will be in contact next week to find out exactly who owns the company so he can bring that person or persons into the court room. I'm not interested in anymore of your bullsht. If you brought a debt as far as I'm concerned along with my solicitor it's yours now not mine I have no contract with you whatsoever. Goodbye

Trust pilot I'm not giving them anymore information this is what they do.i have had to change two phone numbers cancel two email addresses because of them.like I have told them take me to court for the money but they won't because they don't have a leg to stand on .so if you take this review down then your just as bad as them

these muppets are knob ends ask them for a copy of your cca with them they can not because they have any they don't collect on peoples behalf they pay pennies for your debt then say you owe them ask to see proof that you owe them they don't have them any debts Lowell buy means they paid your debt for you they must have a cca credit agreement saying the you have agreed to make payment to Lowell and everyone knows they are lowlife con men/women

absolutely the worst

absolutely the worst. These clowns buy up so called debt from unscrupulous companies like EE etc. I cancelled my DD with EE years after my contract ended yet they still pursue me for a device That I no longer use or own. Lowel's don't care and just chase the money. £63 I will NEVER pay for this as I do not owe it. Many letter back and forth but they don't care. Complete gangsters!

harrass even though you informed them…

harrass even though you informed them off identiy fraud. constant letters and threaats to make me pay for a credit card i never took out.
i suffer mh and disabiltiy and live alone with my children. they need to stopp triied to call multiple times even sent letter back and they put down the phone all the time. when you try to give them a crime reference they are quick to put the phone.

I see that most reviews are people…

I see that most reviews are people going through the exact same thing as me. Getting sent something regarding a ‘CCJ’ of an apparent debt that needs to be owed and threatening different ways to basically complicated any sort of mortgage or anything to do with money in the future. I don’t have any sort of debt that I need to pay, I don’t even live alone. I have never in my life heard of this company until they wanted to claim this “debt” that I apparently owe. they need to be shut down and have legal action taken against them cause they are clearly doing so many people wrong.

Telefonisch nur schwer zu erreichen…

Telefonisch nur schwer zu erreichen bzw. es läuft ein Band wo man ständig hört "ich habe sie leider nicht verstanden". Es wird weder auf Kontaktformular geantwortet noch bekommt man eine versprochene Mail bzw. ein zweimal versprochenes Vergleichsangebot. Über 4 Wochen ohne jedes Ergebnis.

No idea why they're contacting me for the last 2 weeks; I've no outstanding debts but doing what all pathetic scavengers do phishing for something.
Stop harassing people! Stop wasting our time and phone batteries!

Horrible company

Horrible company, constantly contacting and threatening people chasing debt.
I stood my ground on a BT debt, they claimed I owed £600. I told them it was wrong , eventually it disappeared. Then they chased my adult daughter up for a credit card debt that she had paid. Now they are chasing me for an energy debt dating back 2014 , even though I bought the place in 2017. Complete chancers
