Alex is my Pilates Queen 🙏🤩
I love the way she explains things and notices details I would never have spotted myself. Her teaching is insightful, effective, and incredibly motivating 💪🏼

I booked a private reformer session with her because I wanted to get stronger for skiing this winter. She immediately assessed my posture and identified misalignments and tension in my shoulders, ribs, hips, and right ankle. After a few tension-release exercises using the foam roller, I was able to move much more smoothly on the reformer.

We focused on strengthening my weaker muscles, and I felt deeply connected to my body throughout the session—it was truly a full body and mind experience. We finished on the Power Plate with some much-needed vibrations and the ladder barrel, which felt amazing.
She also gave me “homework” exercises I can continue practicing at home that mimic the reformer movements. I felt so good in my body the next day, and I honestly can’t recommend her enough 🙏

LovJoy Pilates has been so great for me! It’s helped me really connect to my body as I age in my 40’s. Alex is so knowledgeable, supportive, kind and funny! She makes it so fun and the live classes are my favorite! If you want to feel stronger in your body and mind you need LovJoy Pilates in your life! With her app, you can do it from anywhere! I met Alex at a retreat where she was teaching and I snapped this picture of her in action! After one week of her classes and the way I felt I had to sign up even though I’m in GA, USA. Alex is THE BEST!!

I attended a retreat where Alex led a Pilates class every morning.

Alexandra is my go-to Pilates instructor because she’s an expert with infectious enthusiasm. I absolutely love her Pilates classes, both the private and group sessions. She immediately makes you feel comfortable and creates a safe, judgment-free space where you learn to get back in touch with your body and to get strong.

Alexandra is so professional and attentive to your specific needs. She tunes in to how you and your body are feeling and will adapt exercises if you’ve got an injury or if it’s your time of the month. At the same time, she’ll push me to do challenging exercises when she knows I can go harder. Alexandra is the number one cheerleader for all her clients. Her encouragement always puts a smile on my face. I leave our sessions feeling lighter and more energized, helping with my productivity and work-life balance.

It was my first time trying pilates and Alexandra make sure everything was fitting for me! I had 2 babies in 18 months and she made me a special post partum program! Her studio has an incredible vibe and you feel just like home. Everyone should try it and will fall in love with Pilates and with Alexandra :-)

Love doing pilates with Alexandra. She is taking the time to correct me, help me understand the breathing and makes sure she address any difficulties I might have during pregnancy and postpartum. Her service is very complete and she is very enjoyable. As a doula, she is teacher I refer my clients to.
