AVOID. AVOID Ordered a gazebo canopy, took 2 weeks to arrive, put it on frame and covered in holes. Was offered 15% discount, which I turned down. They ask to send it back at my own cost which would have been nearly £60. In the end they offered 25%.
Would not shop with this company ever again.

Along with the other reviews, I wish I had checked here first.
The product (£63) we ordered was not the one shown on the website. They offered a 15% discount which we refused. I sent the product back to China, costing £25.33.
They have refunded the £63 but are now ignoring my emails requesting a refund of postage costs.

I really wish I’d seen these reviews first!!! I had an identical experience to someone else posting here - ordered a yellowy ‘orange’ stool to only have it arrive as bright fluorescent orange. It’s a really horrid colour so I really resent having it in my house. Incredibly unhelpful customer service, and really shouldn’t be allowed to trade in U.K. as someone else also said. Such a dishonest company. Bad rep for China!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Ordered a mustard coloured fold up stool for our bathroom, the colour was important and it arrived as neon orange. Tried to return it however the postage charges back to China (they wouldn’t cover these even though it wasn’t sold as seen) were higher than the refund amount. Do not use.

Literally do not order. Sofa cover sizing was wrong so I had to send back which was expensive so a complete waste of money and an unhelpful customer services

Clearly I did not research fully as if I had seen some of these reviews I certainly would not have ordered from them.
I purchased 6 x chair covers and when they arrived they were poor quality and far too big for the chairs (despite the fact that I had checked the measurements prior to ordering)
I complained and demanded a full refund only to be informed that I would have to pay to send them back to China and my postage would not be covered. The products cost £60 and the postage to send them back cost £35! Simply no point!
This company should not be trading in the UK and I believe that the reviews on their website are fake.

This company is based in China. If you have any issues with the product, the price to return is usually more than the product. So be warned!
The website was confusing (and they used an image of an L shaped sofa for normal sofa covers) so I ordered the wrong thing. My bad, but when I got a quote at the post office to return it the cheapest way possible, it was £35. So, it made no sense to return it. I'm now stuck with a sofa cover that doesn't fit and after emailing them I got only 15% returned. Had I realised they were based in China and I would have to pay to return, I wouldn't have purchased. I managed to get the product I wanted, on next day delivery, for cheaper, on Amazon...

I ordered the wrong size. Contacted by email and got a prompt response and was helped to pay the extra for the larger size. Received a tracking number to watch my sofa cover's journey, which only took a week.
The colour and feel really improved my dull, grey sofa. I highly recommend the company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I would give -5 stars if that was possible! Ordered arrived, badly packaged, no instructions, labelled in Chinese, but colour looked good, only to try and the seat cushions fit perfectly but the sofa covers do not fit at all. We followed the measurement size guide they provided and if the cushion cover fits I have no idea how to be sofa part doesn’t, it’s obviously an error on their side. It’s like they’ve sent us the chair seat size sofa covers in error. No where do they mention they are based in China, which means you cannot return, they even said this on an email and tried to offer me a 15% refund… 15% of £85 order! Only to then state in another email they would not even offer that now. I’ve sent pictures as proof to back up my issue, they don’t even read your emails properly as al you get is a templated reply.
Please do not order anything from this company do not give them your money! £85 in a cost of living crisis is a lot of money. I will be emailing them every day and looking into further action until they refund me fully.

Wish I'd seen these reviews before I ordered! Returns have to be sent to China, this was not made clear when purchasing. Customer service is pants. What a waste of money!!

Don’t ever order from this website. They are so backwards. Coming all the way from China. I’m yet to receive my delivery. Communication is so poor. Product is from China! But they have a good way of hiding it.

I ordered the navy sofa throw, the item arrived fairly quickly and the colour and the material itself is nice. However they have cut the woven fabric to the desired size and over locked the edges with white thread instead of matching colour making it look cheap and nasty. No point returning as it's come from a Chinese company. I'll try rehem to hide the wonky white stitching.

Can’t think of any more bad things about this bunch on con artists sooner they are put out business the better

If you need to return an item it cost more than the item is worth to return it to China.

I would give 0 stars if I could, this company is a complete fraud. They send the wrong item, tell you it's the right one and keep offering you discounts but not a refund, unless you pay to ship it back to CHINA! I think the reviews on the website are fake - yay. I wish I had clocked this before, additionally there's nowhere that states where the business is based. Don't buy from them!

Absolute scam, paid seventy quid for a couch throw and not received it. No email confirmation and no reply from customer service. Avoid this company like the plague

What a sham. Bought 2 sofa throws that looked lovely in the photo. They arrived NOT the same colour and as thin as a kitchen dish cloth. They will accept a return but only if I send them back to China at my own cost! Shocking.

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT buy from this company.
The items you will receive do not match sizes or descriptions advertised. They do not state it is a company based in China and make it very difficult to refund or exchange any item. The sofa covers I ordered are not the correct size as discovered by many people. The company try to offer you a discount to keep the items. What’s the point when they are poor quality and don’t fit.
Take advice from the reviews and AVOID!

This company allows scammers to operate on their site.
I had the experience of such behaviour by the scammers pretending to be Brad Pitt and wanting to spark up an online relationship.
I knew they were scammers so I played with them a little until they got fed up but there are vulnerable women that would fall for it.

Ordered XL size heated jacket , what got delivered was a jacket that would not fit a child . Do not waste your money using this company.. 16/
