Ordered 2 bottles from these guys and…

Ordered 2 bottles from these guys and waited almost 2 weeks just to be told they didnt have the specific bottle I ordered. They replaced it with one similar after I gave them the green light but still took them 2 more days to start the shipping process. All I got now is a UPS tracking number with no progress since they haven't even dropped of the bottles. Never doing this again!

I have been ordering from LoveScotch…

I have been ordering from LoveScotch for years but things have fallen off greatly there. They apparently use this new shipping company called WeShip and the order I placed 2 weeks ago to the day still shows as "Packed" but not "In-Transit" like the LoveScotch customer service claims that is (yet they can't confirm where it is or an ETA on multiple contact attempts). Long story short I would steer clear of this company for right now until they can sort our their shipping issues. I know I won't be placing anymore orders anytime soon. Hopefully I get either my order or a refund soon.

Stay away!

Stay away! Ordered $360 worth of whiskey, got a fedex number and it never arrived. Upon tracking the fedex number, it was delivered to the wrong address and signed by someone that was not me. I have all the evidence to provide proof and they will not refund me, nor send a replacement order. They will fully ignore your emails and calls. I am still trying to recover the lost money.

This is the worst online store for…

This is the worst online store for ordering spirits. Do NOT buy anything from them. I waited over 3 weeks just for a shipping notification. Went back and forth through emails and they eventually canceled my order without me asking for it to be canceled. Don't let the cheaper online prices fool you. Go anywhere else unless you like awful customer service. Stay far far away from Lovescotch.com. Terrible company

Don't expect it any time soon!!

Place order March 31....no contact until April 4 when I open an online chat... Rep tells me one item is not in stock (showed 6 when I placed order). Removes item from order and tells me he'll expedite my order. I look on website the next day and it still shows 6 in stock. The order finally ships on April 10 with some halfa** company WeShip.. Got to facility in New York on April 15 and finally got delivered to wrong building in my business complex on April 21. I drive around to check with everyone this morning because there's no contact phone number for either business. Overall a very frustrating transaction.

Absolute scam of a company

Absolute scam of a company. Bought a whiskey bottle for a friends 50th birthday party and understand that I have to be there for 21 plus for signature, however the company that they outsourced delivery to has a 1.3 star review and they attempted to deliver three times all within 8 to 5 p.m. during business days. I am used to FedEx who calls you before sending back and giving you an option of pick up. They then kept half of the purchase price “per policy” and only refunded half, or would have charged $30 more $’s for another delivery . BEWARE and DO NOT USE. Will be sending into BBB as well.

Unwilling To Take Responsibility For Shipping Error

I ordered a bottle of scotch for a friend's birthday. I had to contact the company (5 days after the order was placed) to find out that the order had never shipped. They agreed to ship the bottle at that time for a late delivery, but they would not refund the hefty $19.95 shipping fee. I cancelled my order. The company agreed that the problem with the shipment was their fault was but unwilling make any accommodation for my inconvenience. I will never order from this company again.

Just thief

Delay for delivery and shipping (12 days), package missed and returned because of that.
Package have been open and stolen (certificate and glass by who? Hotel or lovescotch who behave like thief)
Lovescotch juste take le 56$ on 176$ order. They are just thiefs.

Edit after the answer:
First my name is not "Justin" it's litteraly written on truspilot.
Second, like you usually do you don't talk about the 12 days that have been taken to ship and deliver instead of the 5-7 days written on your website
Third, insurance should have covered the loss
Fourth, the package have been refused by the hotel because you were 5 days late, I wasn't there anymore. I didn't refused anything. The hotel did because I wasn't there anymore.
You keep ignoring fact and answer on the part that interst you.
You just thief that's all.

Edit 2:

I've ordered the 19th November and it's consider as "pre-holydays". You just lie on you capacity to deliver up 5-7 days that's all.
And I've paid for YOUR lies that you put on your website.
Check all the the others people on trustpilot: you are not a trusted seller. Your are juste exactly the reason why people just prefer Amazon or other big sellers.

Upon reviewing the FedEx tracking information for the package (Tracking Number: 282198796908), it clearly states: 'Wednesday, 12/4/24 Delivery exception - Refused by recipient - Not ordered.' The package was returned to us, and unfortunately, it was damaged during its return. We have issued a full refund, minus the shipping cost and shipping insurance, as outlined in our online policy. Just a few notes:

- You selected the discounted flat-rate shipping option — 'Any Size Order, One Rate Shipping' (up to 7 business days for delivery) + processing time — during the very busy pre-holiday/Thanksgiving shipping period. Given this, it was not possible for the package to reach New York from Los Angeles within 5 days.

- If your hotel stay was limited to a certain time, we should have been informed so we could cancel and refund the order accordingly or arrange for a different method of delivery such as the 2 days FedEx shipping (which would be significantly more expensive, of course)

- Please also notice this section from our "Return & Refund" Policy"

5.5. Orders that are returned due to incorrect addresses, multiple failed delivery attempts, or being refused by the recipient will be refunded minus a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee of the order subtotal and the shipping fees.

I ordered from this company 8 times got…

I ordered from this company 8 times got all the correct bottles. It’s takes about two weeks to get your delivery but they always came and packaging was good.

A waste of time and effort

Terrible customer service, from shipping the wrong wine to poor communication, product quality, and the refund process. I received the wrong order, but they insisted it was correct, despite selling one label and shipping a different one. The order also arrived during extremely warm weather, with the wine bottles hot, indicating long heat exposure. Getting a refund was a lengthy process, and I found their lack of concern about the temperature of the wine bottles alarming.

Absolute scam.! This is a nightmare.!

This is a nightmare.!! I wish I would have read the reviews before placing an order. Their customer service is non existent, no phone to call. When you reach out to their "delivery company" they say to contact the retailer because "the product is missing". How can it be missing if you say you "delivered it". Absolute scam! I got my porch camera files to prove you're liars and scammers!!!

good prices - bad execution... False promises

I ordered (at good prices) a couples of different whiskeys..... After a number of days, I ask about the order, and they don't have one of them ( I really wanted it! ) And refund that one (which I have not received several days later)
Then I tell them I leave town in a week and ask them to hold the shipment - response is " I will monitor and manage your shipment, don't worry, it's under control"
Two days later, they ship it anyway
Just poor execution, false promises.... Bad business
Hope they don't mess up the rest of it....
Go elsewhere for your purchase

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. BEWARE!

Provided tracking number and then they recalled it 2 weeks later. Poor customer service, asked for phone number to call and email (5 days later) claimed they did not have a phone number.

2 months later, they replied the bourbon was returned to their warehouse & they could not send because they ran out of the item.

Professional, Fast Service

Ordered four bottles of very expensive Scotch, and three days later they were delivered. Fast exceptional service. I know there are a lot of bad reviews, and I was skeptical after reading them, but they came through.

Ordered 5 times

Ordered 5 times. First 4 orders were 5 Star flawless.

Last one, a zero star nightmare.

Out of stock on 4 of 5 items...even though web said in stock.

Charged card, no ship, no e-mail for 2 weeks....then e-mail back and forth on substitutes....settled on in stock substitute items....still no ship.....

I paid by CC, so reversed the $215 charges just over 5 weeks after the order.

They have NO phone number and would not call me despite repeated attempts.
