I was expecting embroidery and of good quality but the stuck on letters are already peeling off on arrival and not really appropriate to give to a newborn premature or otherwise.

Preemie Practical Plus hamper purchased as a gift, recipient was over the moon. Very happy we went with this company. The customer service was excellent too - we had a bit of confusion over whether the parcel had been delivered or not, and Amy was very helpful (and patient!), as it turned out the recipient had received the parcel and just not realised! Friendly service, top quality gift, would highly recommend.

Do not buy for a premature baby!
The ink less hand/foot print looked so sweet on arrival. However, despite being marketed as a NICU item, it’s almost impossible to use with a tiny baby that cannot be handled in the way that is required from the instructions. We did try... and it was ruined - we have two pages of smudges. Completely useless 😒
Edit after the response from the supplier - wow after 3 months you have now responded? Anyway to answer your question, I revived an email from your company asking for feedback. The link took me to trust pilot and I left my review. If you don’t review responses for 3 months why do you suggest that people review on here??? No, I have not emailed. Your email said to leave a review here. I am surprised that others haven’t complained, as you claim as the requirement is to STAND the baby on the paper that is place on a flat hard surface... how do you do that with a premmie who cannot be handled in that way? Hence my review as it is not suitable for the purpose that you are selling for. I am sure it is a great product for full term babies...
